My son uses this. It took almost exactly 6 weeks to see improvement! His skin got slightly worse and super super dry!!! But somehow crazily at 6 weeks it became clear and hydrated! Soooo glad he stuck it out because his face is clear and he has so much more confidence!
Just because it doesn’t work for someone else doesn’t mean it won’t work for you. I went from having the worst acne of my life to rarely ever getting a pimple and it cleared my dark spots up. Just saying try it out for yourself and if the first formula you get doesn’t work for you talk with your consultant about what’s not working so that they can fix it. That’s why they’re there
My acne has gotten so much worse since using curology. My skin was no where near as bad as it is now. I know they said it's normal for the skin to get worst before it gets better, but I don't think I can stick this out.
"Curology uses dermatologists and we know how expensive they are to see a skin specialist." Lol. Just go to the dermatologist because I reached out to Curology because I was using their product for a year and suddenly I had really bad breakouts. I sent curology update pictures of my bad breakout.. They just told me I had maskne and didn't really give me a good answer and chalked it up to I wasn't using their products correctly. I went to a dermatologist and I have staph infection on my face. Just go to a dermatologist. I wouldn't trust Curology to diagnose your acne correctly
My experience for those curious: Since quarantine started, my skin was somehow becoming a lot worse. Not terrible but worse than I'd prefer it. I decided to do the free trial and my skin actually didn't get any worse when I started. It cleared up the acne I already had and while using it, I would gain maybe one pimple at a time that would go away overnight so it wasn't a big deal. While I do like the moisturizer,, somehow I think it made my lips extremely dry and chapped. The rest of my skin was well moisturized on my face, it was just my lips, but it's super annoying. Today I'm canceling my subscription, although it's been nice, mainly because it's too much money for me to spend on it, being a middle-class student at a university. I've had it for about a month and will continue to use it until I run out. I'd say it's definitely worth a try but keep the things she said in the video in mind and be ready to cancel your subscription before your next charge date if that's what you need to do.
I’m canceling right now, I’ve used it for a year now and I’m suffering, my skin is so damage. I recently started using the glow recipe and came across your videos. I wished I would’ve of watched your story before trying the products
It sounds like tretinoin was one of the ingredients in your personalized formulation. Very dry , flakey and peeling skin is a common and normal side effect of the ingredient and is known as the “purging” phase. If you stuck with it for about 4 months, your acne and skin most likely would drastically improve and you’d see real results. Its a shame that curology doesn’t seem to really explain what the medicine is and how it’s going to work and how severe the side effects are in the beginning.
@@HarrisPilton789 because they dont read or know things, Plenty of people on and off youtube don't know about the purging phase and just quit during it lol
I Definitely figured there would be some sort of purging phase… However this was not like normal purging. This was ruining my skin making it dry and flaky and there was no healing in sight. It made no sense for me to continue… Because it was getting to the point where I couldn’t even wear make up to cover up how bad it was. As soon as I stopped using it I noticed my skins health come back within days. Again... it wasn’t worsening pimples, this was my skin turning extremely dry, peeling, inflamed, swollen, and irritated to even touch.
Did your formula contain tretinoin ? If so, what you experienced is normal and goes away if you use the cream containing it less often. At the beginning twice a week, then increase use once every other day. It also help to : wash face, apply humectant, apply light moisturizer, wait for it to absorb, apply pea size of tretinoin formula by tapping. You probably know all this already but having had the acne problem and seeing how tretinoin changes my face (after the initial peeling etc) I feel for you! You’re beautiful, hang in there!
Im late to this video. But Omg I only got a period pimple here or there but this stuff has made me get cystic acne! I’ve only used for a week and I’m done! So upset
That is the main problem. People don't give it time to actually work before they quit. The first few months there will be peeling and tingling which is normal. Your skin will eventually get used to it. But I get it, some can't tolerate the side effects especially those with sensitive skin.
My dermo provider hasn’t emailed me since last week I dont think I like this company that much it’s impossible to get a new account started saying you have to use your old account which is so unfair to me that I cannot use my account or make a replacement account like what if I stop using my account or it’s been off for a long time like I don’t get why people think this company is so fun and easy when they don’t even speak to you and they take forever to answer you back😭
Product is making some positive changes to my skin but I am angry about the shipping process. I feel cheated. When i first signed up December 20th it claimed I was getting a free trial then they turned around and charged me January 16th when I hadnt even received my oder until January 6th. And now my new order wont be received until February 2nd when I was charged for 2 months
So glad to see I'm not the only one... I'm literally the same as you. I live in a desert with hard water and only break out during hormonal peaks. My skin has been getting worse during my curology trial... 😬
I’m in the same boat with using Curology! My skin started breaking out in ways I’ve never experienced. Pretty much the same way you were also. I was so embarrassed. I started using a simple face wash and my skin looks soooo much better! Please do let us know what you did to heal your skin, and what are you using now! I’m ready for a pretty face again :(
I just took acutane. With insurance it’s not a crazy amount of money and all u do is pop a couple pills everyday. It’s about 6 months and yeah ur skins dry but it’s so EASY and cured my acne. I feel like my mom always made acutane sound like a horror story but I loved it’s ease and reliability
I found out by doing the trial I’m allergic to two of the ingredients they put into my blend. It was not awesome but now I know at least. Idk what else to do, I had a baby and my face freaked out (hormonal) but my acne was soooo bad. Still struggling two months postpartum.
Is your skin oily or dry? Im trying to find something for my skin its super oily and i get alot of whiteheads and breakouts. I have a cluster on my cheek and im desperately trying to find something that works!
sounds like you probably hit the nail on the head with what needed to change. I would’ve said less active ingredients as well, sorry to hear they didn’t listen. I always assume people know their bodies better than me and I just educate them to make their own decisions.
God bless you ! Jesus loves you💖💖💖Come to him before its too late. He will be waiting for you in open arms 🤍 For we walk by faith, not by sight - 2 Corinthians 5:7
I love what you said about making sure there’s nothing that needs to be addressed internally that could be impacting your skin. That’s kind of what I’m trying to do now so I’m praying I can figure it out soon! 😩 Acne can be caused by so many things that is so frustrating trying to figure out how to get rid of it! Quarantine has been a blessing in disguise. I can try things and no one has to see me during the process lol! Really enjoyed the video, very informative! 💕
Have you ever used Retin A before you tried this brand? Dry, dry, flake, flake. It purges purges by exfoliating everything. The less used to Retin A your skin it the more dry and flaky it will be. Also Retin A is only supposed to be used in a pea sized amount.
It happened to me too. I said I had very dry skin, and the moisturizers made my skin even drier after applying. I'm trying to reverse its affects on my skin: bad texture, skin so dry its wrinkling. Bad...
@@Jordan-fw2bz I just went back to my old skin care routine. It works fine, but it’s not tailored to me which sucks. Sometimes products I use regularly change formula on me and I hate that
There’s no way they’re charging you $64 that is insane? I would ask for a refund. They should only charge $34 tops but I only get the serum and it’s $20
Ok thanks for posting this I had a burning sensation last night and I wrote to my provider about it but now that I know they charge $10 after three messages I was on the fence about canceling but now I'm definitely not. I didn't read anywhere that said you will be charged to ask for help I mean they already get like $60 and the best advice they can give is well maybe don't use it 🤷🏻♀️ it's definitely a ripoff to me I'm glad I found you vid before they charged me for the larger package My formula apparently was wrong I watch another vid that said if you using Tretinoin don't use any kind of Acid and what is the rights ingredient in my custom formula Azelaic Acid seriously?
Ohmigosh!!! I’m so thankful for your time to comment for others to read. It’s so important for people to read this if they are dealing with similar issues! Thank you for watching and commenting. 🥳💓 I hope you find a system that works for you! 🌟
Azelaic acid is actually an extremely gentle acid, however, until your skin gets use to it, it can cause a burning sensation even though it's not truly burning your skin. They more than likely didn't tell you this. I use prescription tretinoin at night and Finacea during the day (azelaic acid). The Finacea definitely stung until my skin got use to it, but now my Rosacea loves the ingredient. AA is actually so gentle, that it is one of few acids that work well together with tretinoin. I don't know if you're still using your formula, but the burning from the AA will subside after awhile. It's really a great ingredient!
It's disappointing that they didn't really tell you ahead of time that you had to pay them 10 bucks after 3 times of contacting them if you wanted to contact them again
I've struggled with acne for 30 years! Honestly, 99% of derms were no help! Tretinoin has proven benefits, but is EXTREMELY irritating. Some skins never tolerate it. Differin (Adapalene) is OTC now. IMHO, it works better for hormonal or cystic acne. The other ingredient that's made a HUGE difference for me is Salicylic Acid. BHA works in oil (massively oily T-zone). LabMuffin's blog explains this really well. Even though the skin care at Curology is meh, the Rx product is well done. The plain base makes it possible to adjust emolliency separately with oils or a cream - easy to change seasonally. HTH! ❤
Not really trials for everything are short it's just for you to test it out and see if you like it. They won't be giving out free trials that'll last for 6 weeks they won't be making money.
Thanks deff. Helpful I'll be canceling this curology and going with whatever seems to work for you since we have same skin type. Looking forward to video 😷🙏😁❤
This is a great review. Went very in depth on what you did and didn’t do and what you liked and didn’t like. Some seem so scripted but this seemed very genuine
I had the same issues!! Dr didn’t listen, it ruined the skin around my eyes and I’m still trying to recover. I didn’t even put the meds on my eyes only the wash & moisturizer.
When you said they charge you after contacting the provider 3 times, is it 3 times within a certain time period, or 3 times for the duration of your subscription?
If this is your first time hearing something like this, no worries. It’s starting to be more understandable within skincare. So, I live in an extremely dry climate, it also doesn’t help that I have hard water where I live. Secondly, my whole life I have been using cleansers I thought were “hydrating” but ended up still stripping my skin. Then, after I get out of the shower after cleaning my face, my skin is super dry and flaky and tight. But, about 5-10 mins after I’m dripping with oils like last all day! I’ve struggled with this for years, and never really crossed my mind that I have dry skin because I’m dealing With oily skin all day. Because I’m extremely oily, I started buying cleansers for oily skin, makeup for oily skin, skincare ect. These all advertised to absorb the oil. I quickly realized my face was even oilier. Moral of this story is that, if you dry your skin out, stripping it of its natural oils, your skin will over produce more oil to counteract. My skin has NEVER BEEN BETTER currently as far as oil/ sebum control. I found a cleanser that isn’t stripping and in fact... leaves my skin hydrated after getting out of the shower. I hope this helped! Let me know if you have any other questions! 💓🥳
Can you share what your formula was? Any type of prescription retin-a is a longer process than a month, requires some work on your part as well as trial and error. It took my skin a year to get used to it...lots of peeling, sensitivity and changes in my skincare products. You should never jump in and use retin-a products every night and there are several ways to mitigate the side effects like waiting 15 min after washing to apply it, applying every 2nd or 3rd night, applying with moisturizer and at the beginning using barrier products (avène cicalfate+ was a miracle product for me) The year long journey was well worth it..I went from being a 40something year old who was breaking out like I was sixteen...with several large cystic bumps every month that took weeks to go away combined with smaller breakouts to breaking out 3-4 x a year with just small pimples. In addition the scarring I had from years of these breakouts also went away.
curology was absolutely horrible for me. i used it for almost 3 months and my skin is worse than ever, and the second bottle they send me was almost empty. instead of sending a new one, they offered to give me my money back and cancel my subscription or wait for my next shipment.
I wanted to recommend something to you for dry skin because I was on accutane a few years back and my dermatologist I introduced me to vaniply ointment, (which is different from vanicream, don’t believe people who say it’s the same product, it’s completely different) and I promise you, it completely fixed my chapped lips, and crummy pimples, flakey skin, and dry skin. I would put the vanicream on where ever my skin was dry, cracking, and peeling and use my fingers to gently rub in circular motions, and all the dead skin would come off so well and so gently that afterwards I could apply makeup and it would be flawless. Nothing else will do that.
Help, i need good skin care products. That is not curology or monat please monat makes my skin amazing but the side effects are not worth it. I need something else pleaseee
When did you start noticing the dryness? I’m on day two and my skin feels like silk. I asked for fine lines/wrinkles treatment though, maybe that makes a difference. But if it took you while to notice negative results I’ll stop now. No thank you! Lol
I got the “free” trial and just got my treatment plan today. I said in the beginning that I have dry skin, and the provider seems pretty on top of it getting worse. It says from the get go to only use the formula M/W/F for two weeks, and then switch to every other day for two weeks “if your skin is tolerating the formula without too much irritation.” Maybe they’ve gotten better about being proactive for the dry-skinned folks out there?
Thank you very much for your info, I’m stuck between my derms prescription and Curology. My derm prescribed Aldactone and suggested I keep using the Differin Acne Retinol I’m already using so I’ll give this some time before I decide on Curology, your info was useful. Thx
I had literally the same experience. My skin got SOOO dry it was scaly. There was one specific area that was just cracking all day. I couldn’t wear makeup anymore. I reached out to my provider and he said the exact same thing yours said lol. After a month or so i reached back out and said you need to change my formula or i am canceling my account. It’s been a bit better now, still a little flaky and textured, but I’m going to try to stick with it a bit longer and see how it goes!
Alannah Gomez I got it and no breakouts or dryness. Didn’t continue though. Try their free version. They got great customer service! I got exactly same symptom from Neutrogena a few months earlier with a chemical burn around my nose. I stopped, and then tried it on everywhere except the previously burned area because people say that’s a starting side effect. Now my skin is completely clear that I’m using it (face & body).
Hey guys, I’ve been using the new formula and the rich moisturizer and it’s been great! My skin is finally back to normal and it’s been consistently clear
Curology really dried out my skin. When I reached out to the "dermatologist" they said to use the custom formula once a week. Still dried out my skin. I mean, my skin was flaking. Curology uses nurse practitioners and assistants. Not even real dermatologists. False advertisement if you ask me.
I just got my samples and the moisturizer feels really dry. I’m going to ignore the cleanser and moisturizer and just use the serum with my normal bland cleanser and a plain but rich moisturizer my skin likes.
Curology has ruined my skin, i have cystic acne prone oily skin so ik about starting new routines and the purging state that lasts for a bit but this experience was completely different than usual for me. Ive been using this for 4-5 months and usually when i start new skin care routines my skin loves new stuff and i get like a week or 2 of new pimples but then im okay. With curology my skin loved the texture/feel of the products but their products smell like farts which was my first red flag. I continued using it and my skin got neck pimples and when i tell you that ive never had a neck pimple in my life, i mean it. I also got these tiny little bumps that starting multiplying, i got alot more puss filled pimples too. I go to a demtalogist too so she could've told me what was going on but since rona happend i havent been back. But always i immediately stoped my whole plan when i saw how drastically bad my skin had gotten, i looked at photos from before and oh my, was it horrifying. My skin before only had a handful of pimples and was pretty clear but now my jaw cheeks and temples are swarming with acne. Not to mention that ik 3 people who had tried it and has had no good results even tho they have been using it for well over a year. But now im trying our oil cleansing and im quite excited for something new
X Scarlett X if you want to try curology but don’t have the money for it I’ve heard they have an “access program”. Google it and fill out the form. If you get accepted I believe it’s free for a few years but not 100% sure. Read about it. I hope this helps:)
Curology are the best products I’ve ever used on my face! I’ve literally tried everything. Ive spent thousands of dollars trying to find the right skin care products for my face over the years. I’ve seen so many doctors about skin issues, from rosacea to rashes due to allergic reactions from skin products to acne issues and the list goes on. After just one week using curology my skin cleared up!!! Dark spots started to fade, fine lines started to disappear, pores got smaller, acne cleared up completely, rosacea cleared up, break outs on my shoulders also completely cleared up, everything just cleared up after one week!!! It’s truly one of the best and top rated skin care systems out there. Of course there’s going to be a small percentage of people that it doesn’t work for but it works for majority of all people. And this company knows this and that’s why they give away the first month completely free because they know it works. I think *everyone* should at least try it. *It saved my skin.*
Melanie Lee sucks it didn’t work well for you tho. I have read a lot about acne medications and it is very common for people that are dealing with bad acne to have a terrible terrible break out when using acne medication at the beginning and then that breakout out will clear up and they will be good from that point on. So that could have been what was happening with your skin. All of that bacteria and dirt was being pushed to the surface because it was cleaning itself out. Or maybe the products just don’t work on your skin, which is unfortunate. I would have been so disappointed. I’ve never had super bad acne, mine was just mild.
Melanie Lee I also had no idea that they actually start charging you $10 for every message. They don’t mention that anywhere. It hasn’t happened to me yet but once I saw your video I stopped sending them messages lol $10 will keep adding up. That’s expensive.
Tretinoin is very strong maybe too much or too high of a % I had tretinoin from a previous provider and I had the same problem ended up using castor oil as moisturizer bc my face was getting very dry and flaky as well! I rly do just microdose my formula bc of how scared I am to see more peeling dryness or redness it does work but I can't be using too much that's when my skin like burns off lol
Btw castor oil is fucking magical! I like to apply (pat) yellow turmeric powder on my face after applying the oil it does a lot for my acne AND the scars... you should give it a try 😉
Wait you bought it worth 60 dollars??? Because I recently just got it but I got the trial set for like I think almost 10 dollars? And then after they were telling me about the 2 monthly fee 60 dollar
It's taking you too long to start out talking about your issues with Curology. I have adult acne, and over active oil glands. I tried everything over counter and nothing worked. I tried Curology and immediately my face got soooo much better. Before I had terrible acne breakouts. Also I love my personal dermatologist Lacey. The team will follow your progress and are extremely helpful. Even financial issues. I love it❤️
I hear your concern about it taking awhile. I always want to show myself and personality in every video. I want my audience to know me, I want to know my audience, too. Also, like most reviews.... background info is ALLLWAYYYYSSS Important 🥳🙏🏼💓
Sorry sounds like a scam. Imagine claiming not seeing results until after a month and charging you an automatic payment. We’re you able to cancel subscription before a month?
You shouldn't have stopped using the product. Tretinoin causes acne to purge from the skin initially, but your skin will improve dramatically after the purging stops.
Yeah they are asking an ID.. so I send them mine but I made it not really readable because I think it’s really fishy but I do really wanna try the free trip and see if it will work for me.. but today when I checked my account the “skin expert “ message me that they can’t really read my ID and they want me to send them new one that’s clear because they wanna know it’s really me that’s what’s their reason. It’s so crazy I thought my free trial is being processed now but it’s not yet.. because of blues ID. I sent ..
I used it for 2 years! And it did help me with my skin but I had to stop using it because it cost me so much each month and I wanted to find better skincare routines than using curology daily... I don't even know if that customized product was even healthy ingredients...also, they do not explain what formula they put it on...I just recommend ppl to keep trying other healthy products and you need to know what your skin type is before you try on the products!
I had a similar experience as you. I’m sorry you had that type of experience. My skin was so dry and got so much worse. I tried to cancel and was charged anyway. They replied fairly quickly but tried to convince me to keep it because they were going to charge me anyway. Thanks for sharing your experience!
It is so horrible how easy it is to accidentally click to go ahead and send the shipment ahead also!!! I accidentally did and it was a sh*t storm after that moment. they conveniently don't have a phone number to contact them its only by email so then I tried contacting PayPal because that's who I go through, didn't hear back from them in enough time because just my luck curology SENT ALL of it that next morning and then when I said that I wanted to return it because I wasn't ready for the next shipment yet and really didnt have the funds at that moment they told me they special make the bottles and they can't be returned at all or refunded🙄 luckily I will use it because it has been working on my skin but I was so Furious I don't remember even seeing a review or go over the 'order' window for the payment it literally was one click and done refreshed to the page before that one and I thought I was fine afterwards for a second and I thought I didn't accidentally send it but when I heard the PayPal notification on my phone I almost passed out my bf almost passed out as well 🙄🙄😅😭
Your breakouts, severe dryness, and peeling didn’t have anything to do with Curology. Those are ALL *normal* side effects of Tretinoin. Tretinoin will bring all your hidden acne to the surface. Your peeling happened because this is what Tretinoin is supposed to do….It is supposed to shed layers of old skin to get down to the lower layers of skin. 🤦🏻♀️ Some people purge for a week, some people purge for a month. Tretinoin is a very slow progressing medication, but it definitely works when you keep it up, and continue to use it for months and months, even years. Every side effect you had was completely normal….you just didn’t wait long enough. Now in the future, if you ever want to use Tretinoin for acne, dark spots, or wrinkles, you’re going to have to do the purge all over again. You should’ve just stuck with it.
Hello. I’m still working on it. In fact, it’s so much worse now than when I posted this video. I plan on making a video about it. I also just found out I have an overgrowth of bacteria in my small intestine and i specifically have an over growth of Staphylococcal aureus bacteria. This results in many issues and hormonal looking acne. I’m going to start taking antibiotics and other medications/ supplements. But as far as over the counter products I’d recommend... The Ordinary product. I’ve seen so many videos about how it’s helped cystic acne/ hormonal acne/ bacterial acne. Specifically ascorbic acid (vitamin c) serum from The Ordinary. I just bough these today and I’m going to try them out. They are super cheap so I’d recommend to get your hands on some from Ulta or Sephora. They are selling out fast
Melanie Lee ok thank you so much. I wish you the best and hope it works for you. I did read that Alani nu balance capsules really help. I read reviews for hormonal acne and it clear up it up. Plus has a metabolism factor that helps. It’s alittle pricy but that’s worth a shot also. Thanks again and best of luck!
Melanie Lee ok thank you. I actually just ordered something different that I saw on UA-cam. It’s called Pantothenic acid which a b5 supplement that has worked for men and women.
thanks for the vid! your so sweet

@Samantha Bosley well I wonder why so many people are on youtube acting like they didn't know their skin was going to purge???
@@HarrisPilton789 because they dont read or know things, Plenty of people on and off youtube don't know about the purging phase and just quit during it lol
I Definitely figured there would be some sort of purging phase… However this was not like normal purging. This was ruining my skin making it dry and flaky and there was no healing in sight. That is the main problem. People don't give it time to actually work before they quit. The first few months there will be peeling and tingling which is normal. Your skin will eventually get used to it. But I get it, some can't tolerate the side effects especially those with sensitive skin.
sometimes it can be because you switched face products....
I’ve been using curology for a year now. My skin has never looked better
Any suggestions to use anything different sweets this chick right here got acne n cant even use primer n foundation please help and suggestions ladies
Hi! Using oils like squalane helped me feel faster from the cracked and broken skin
My skin really clean with Curology and I love it
Yay! I’m so happy it worked for you 🙏🏼🥳
Thank you!! I’m so sorry it didn’t work for you
It’s all good! 🙂🥰
Is your skin oily or dry? Im trying to find something for my skin its super oily and i get alot of whiteheads and breakouts. I have a cluster on my cheek and im desperately trying to find something that works!
thememe6131 I have oily skin and I used proactiv and curology
sounds like you probably hit the nail on the head with what needed to change. I would’ve said less active ingredients as well, sorry to hear they didn’t listen. I always assume people know their bodies better than me and I just educate them to make their own decisions.
Very true! Thanks so much for your comment and support! 💓🥳
God bless you ! Jesus loves you💖💖💖Come to him before its too late. He will be waiting for you in open arms 🤍
For we walk by faith, not by sight - 2 Corinthians 5:7
Your skin with go through a purging process when changing any skincare routine. It normmaly takes about 6 weeks before you truly see results.
Thank you💓💓 I hope you figure it out soon!
Have you ever used Retin A before you tried this brand? Dry, dry, flake, flake. It purges purges by exfoliating everything. The less used to Retin A your skin it the more dry and flaky it will be. Also Retin A is only supposed to be used in a pea sized amount.
What are the credentials of the people you speak to who give advice at 10.00 a pop?
You can read more about it on their website... they say they are licensed dermatologists.
It happened to me too. I said I had very dry skin, and the moisturizers made my skin even drier after applying. I'm trying to reverse its affects on my skin: bad texture, skin so dry its wrinkling. Bad...
Have you found something for the issues ?
@@Jordan-fw2bz I just went back to my old skin care routine. It works fine, but it’s not tailored to me which sucks. Sometimes products I use regularly change formula on me and I hate that
Thanks for being honest and sharing your experience
🥲 welcome
How do i cancel my curology thing they just sent me the sample things and i dmt waant to pay 64 dollars and cant figure out how to cancle it
I’m not sure, I remember it was confusing. So I recommend to cancel as soon as possible so you won’t get charged!
Easy
There’s no way they’re charging you $64 that is insane? I would ask for a refund. They should only charge $34 tops but I only get the serum and it’s $20
Appreciate your opinion! Greatly needed
Thank you! 🥳
She is stunningly beautiful. Breathtaking.
Thank you 🥳
Melanie Lee You’re welcome 🤗🥳
Ok thanks for posting this I had a burning sensation last night and I wrote to my provider about it but now that I know they charge $10 after three messages I was on the fence about canceling but now I'm definitely not. I didn't read anywhere that said you will be charged to ask for help I mean they already get like $60 and the best advice they can give is well maybe don't use it 🤷🏻♀️ it's definitely a ripoff to me
I'm glad I found you vid before they charged me for the larger package
My formula apparently was wrong I watch another vid that said if you using Tretinoin don't use any kind of Acid and what is the rights ingredient in my custom formula Azelaic Acid seriously?
Ohmigosh!!! I’m so thankful for your time to comment for others to read. It’s so important for people to read this if they are dealing with similar issues! Thank you for watching and commenting. 🥳💓
I hope you find a system that works for you!
Yes. I went back and couldn’t find it any where. 😣
So what did you start using for your skincare routine since Curology didn't work for you. I just ordered my sample ones and I am kinda worried now.
My skincare video will be up with in a week 😊
HTH! ❤
I had the same experience except my provider never responded to me! Super regret using it! Love your page. You have a new fan 💕👯♀️
Thank you for watching! 💓
It states on the website that your skin may get worse before it works
It states on website your skin will get bad before it get better
No one would answer my question so am not using there product
If they say it takes 4-6 weeks to see results you’d think their “trial” would last 6 weeks... 🤔
Not really trials for everything are short it's just for you to test it out and see if you like it. They won't be giving out free trials that'll last for 6 weeks they won't be making money.
They give money back if it doesn’t work in 90 days it says while you’re starting the trial
Wish I knew that😖
@@squid.696 true- but if your skin purges before it gets better, might be helpful.

I had the same issues!! Dr didn’t listen, it ruined the skin around my eyes and I’m still trying to recover. I didn’t even put the meds on my eyes only the wash & moisturizer.
Me too I see little wrinkle around my eyes. I think it’s from the cleanser
@@wubitmesele7166 my eyes are peeling and are extremely sensitive. They are red & puffy like I pulled at them for years. I'm so pissed.
60 dollars is to expensive and they didn’t seem that helpful I’m going to keep using products that dermatologist recommended
have you tried apostrophe dermatology? its similar but you actually are in contact with a dermatologist
I have not tried that yet. Not sure if I would be interested ...
When you said they charge you after contacting the provider 3 times, is it 3 times within a certain time period, or 3 times for the duration of your subscription?
I think it’s just the 3 times in your subscription. 😖
@@melanielee4777 ah I see :/ Thanks for clarifying
You could always email them to check :)
How can you be "super dry" AND "super oily"?
2:22 poof CUROLOGY ad 💀
curology was absolutely horrible for me. i used it for almost 3 months and my skin is worse than ever, and the second bottle they send me was almost empty. instead of sending a new one, they offered to give me my money back and cancel my subscription or wait for my next shipment.
Oofff. I hope you were able to cancel or get your money back!
Blinks Bill I dnt have a lot of acne at all but my skin is dry and atm my skin is flaking and rough is this stuff safe. ?
it worked wonders for me!!!!
Yay!!! I’m so happy 😁

What the heck! It makes my skin more oily which is good for me and my dry skin
When did you start noticing the dryness? I’m on day two and my skin feels like silk. I asked for fine lines/wrinkles treatment though, maybe that makes a difference. But if it took you while to notice negative results I’ll stop now. No thank you! Lol
It was about a week in or so
Hi honey I got mine 2 weeks ago and it is working for me so far
How was it after 5 months? :D
Never seen a person this beautiful. Like regardless if you have acne or not you're just so pretty :) im hoping to try curology soon!
This is so sweet! Thank you 😊
@@melanielee4777 No problem at all :)

@@dejachhun338 Yes i tried it and it didn't do anything for me.
Let me know how it goes!!! 😀
And...?
How’d it go?

Ahh I agree! My face was flakey like a fish haha 😂
I just got my samples and the moisturizer feels really dry. I’m going to ignore the cleanser and moisturizer and just use the serum with my normal bland cleanser and a plain but rich moisturizer my skin likes.
You Skipped the part where they ask for a picture of your ID though... why is that information needed. Sketchy.
I have Curology, they never asked me for that.. weird
I think this was to verify the state you live in because they have to match you with a licensed provider in your state. (I think)
But now im trying our oil cleansing and im quite excited for something new
Aww I’m so sorry you went through this! I have the same issues here. I hope everything will be back to normal and even better soon! 💓 🤞🏼

Yikes that’s crazy thanks for the feedback 💙
Yay! I’m so happy it worked for you!!!!! Please keep us updated on your skin journey! 🥳😭
First video ive seen of her. Subscribing jist becsuse she is GORGEOUS🖤🖤🖤
There’s options to just buy the custom cream that is a little cheaper
What’s your skin regimen? I have the same skin type and I’m getting hormonal acne too
Check out my ordinary review video, I go into detail in that video 🥳
It's taking you too long to start out talking about your issues with Curology. I have adult acne, and over active oil glands. I tried everything over counter and nothing worked. I tried Curology and immediately my face got soooo much better. Before I had terrible acne breakouts. Also I love my personal dermatologist Lacey. The team will follow your progress and are extremely helpful. Even financial issues. I love it❤️

$30/month .
There are also different plans to choose from though
Great review. What products do you like?
What are you using now? I have hormonal acne from bc pills and I’m getting married next year and can’t stand the scars and breakouts.
Melanie Lee I just tried looking up the serum which one is it? Sorry 😐
The ordinary ascorbic acid
Melanie Lee ok thank you. I actually just ordered something different that I saw on UA-cam. It’s called Pantothenic acid which a b5 supplement that has worked for men and women.
