What a steal!!! Never seen Fleer box bottoms before. Commanders of the Hill cards are really sweet. As always great video!
@@wax_nostalgic I rarely find Fleer box bottoms anywhere. When I do they are usually mixed in with other Fleer cards because someone didn’t know what they were. I don’t think they’re rare or expensive, but people just don’t think about them much. And I LOVE the Commanders of the Hill cards. Definitely going to chase the rest of the set.

Man, you always kill it but this haul was beyond cool. The Pro-visions are one of my all-time favs! The Big hurt Toys-r-us card too! Great stuff!
@@PennySleeveSteve Thanks man! Yeah, this one felt like it was continuing to pop. Those Pro-Visions are so tough to find in bargain boxes. As for Thomas, I am certain he is the King of the Junk Wax. This one is licensed, but he has sooooo many unlicensed cards it’s crazy. And he was in every insert/box set made during the junk wax era.

@@randylochtefeld2806 That was a shockingly good find. I thought it was cool, and thought it MIGHT be worth a little something when I bought it, but had no idea it’s like a $10 card. Some of his dual sport cards are expensive like this, but the other one in this video like that is like a quarter. So random.
Holy cow!! Lots of great stuff. Love Topps gold. Always like Silver and Gold sigs. That Commanders of Hill cards are awsome. Already went to EBay and bought the 30 card set. Never saw that before.
@@tigers727 THAT’S what I like to hear! Someone picking up a set when they see it on hear. A video leading to action. I love it. And that set is definitely worthy of it. If I wasn’t halfway into it now, and if I didn’t love the thrill of the hunt, I would do the same thing. Glad you liked it. I love how consistently you find dime boxes or lower priced. Lots of shows out here, but no consistent dime sellers. Great cards, I have the Mussina Commanders of the Hill card, had no idea it was military.
@@Brotherjcardfinds Some shows there are a couple of dealers with cheap boxes. But some shows it’s all like $1 boxes and up. So when I see the cheap boxes I hit them hard. And the Commanders of the Hill cards are really cool. I was stoked to find a whole run of them!

Marian was the women’s high school the all-male Purcell high merged with when they went co-Ed. Staubach graduated when it was still all-male.

@@macwaxxstacks You’re right! Vander Wal went to Western Michigan. I had no idea. I had to look it up. The only people who knew that were his parents, his coach and you. Haha. This was definitely a good haul. I’m actually working towards putting some of the more valuable cards ($2 and up) on COMC to see if I can sell them (to of course buy more cards). Haha. A lot of great stuff for trades. And I’ll make sure to check your TCDB page for any Commander of the Hill cards in case I need them.
