DBD Greatest Hits. So many great finds, something for everyone. Cringed when you handled cards lacking penny sleeves. The Al Kaline looked like a 1971 Dell stamp. Do you remember Phil Garner's nickname - "scrap iron". The Fleer football cards and the hockey checklists are great! The Elroy Face business card is unique, a tremendous find. The telephone number gives away the age of the business card: CH indicates the telephone company central office followed by the line number which was provided to the operator who connected your call. Noticed you are using a 1990 Starline Long John Silvers card of Gregg Jeffries for your bookmark. The card you mention not seeing before is a 1964 Topps Football, these are difficult to find in decent condition. The CircleK Mike Schmidt is nice! What show did these cards come from?

Randy! Great to hear from you! Good eye on the Jeffries. I was wondering who was paying attention. And it really is a good book and a quick read. You are correct on the 1964 football. It’s weird that I’ve never seen one before, although I mostly dig around in quarter and lower boxes. Haha. The Schmidt was a great add as I fill out that set. It’s from the monthly Eastgate Mall show on the east side of Cincinnati. A good show if you have time to hit it up! I have a few cards for you that I need to get in the mail.

@@chrischeatle6623 I’m lucky. MOST of the shows I go to have at least one guy with a dime box or two. Partly because I only go to the shows that mostly have them. The nickel box was a new guy.
