My advice from 32 years with my husband, when you find that man, it will just click. If there's drama, things you think you can "fix" with him, feeling insecure, whatever, he's not the right one. If anything you should feel like you are a better person when you are with him. Doesn't mean you won't ever have a disagreement, but they'll be fleeting. Trust me.

When it comes to doing UA-cam more seriously or putting more time into UA-cam, have you ever considered doing live streams where you interact with us who watch you and answer any questions that we would pose for you in the chat? That will definitely increase the watch hours for sure, which can increase the money made off of UA-cam in addition to your vlogging videos. Just throwing that out there. It’s possible to get into. I really enjoy your videos and look forward to them. I use to hit the parties and that high from having a good time does fade back to normal life. As far as finding someone, all I can say is it’s not easy but don’t compromise your values. Also I love being in nature too and my suggestion would be to explore Upstate NY which is very beautiful in my opinion.

So I had a boyfriend. We were together for 9 years. He got sick with cancer when he was 30. He died at 36. It kind of forced me in a way to live by myself since I was grieving. It's been a long time and now I feel like I could possibly date again. This is my problem though, I got so used to live by myself (in peace) that now who ever ended up with me, needs to be worth more than the peace I have by myself.. Does that make sense?

Quincy…. I met my husband in Halloween of 92’. I was 26 and he 29. So we both got to play the field in our earlier years and both realized we had something special, so we moved to Ft. Lauderdale for me to open a Italian ices business and bring him (Raul) closer to his family ! TRUST is SOO important and someone who is will to be vulnerable!
All these videos you do, I’m sure help many people! It would have been helpful for us coming out during the beginning of the AIDS epidemic!

You are absolutely correct you can’t change someone . You are a very handsome guy and I would suggest going for an older guy if you want to be in a relationship seriously I would say from 35 to 40.. Love your videos, sorry you rehomed your dog but I'm glad he's doing well. As far as dating goes, don't compromise what you want, for anyone.....the right man will come along, he will love you for you AND you all will be on the same page regarding major relationship things (ie. monogamy). Me dating.....yeah, I'm open to love and the right man. I know that a good partner will enhance what's already there, uplift you and not just be in your corner, but also have your back. Monogamy vs non-monogamy is a hard thing to meet in the middle on. You shouldn’t try to stop someone from being open if they want to be, but you also shouldn’t force yourself to do something you don’t want to. Chances are someone is going to end up unhappy.

I say this Loud and Clear. Absolutely NO to a open relationship. Once you feed strays. They will hang around and they will be merely impossible to get rid of. You will in some cases. Have to get the law involved to rid yourself of invited guests. That overstayed their welcome. I say No honestly speaking. The only way you can play a relationship is one on one. That's the only way you can play the game. Once you make it a RPG then it becomes confusing. All the shuffling too much. Absolutely no to open relationships.

Being open requires more communication but the level of trust is there.. cheating occurs emotionally or mentally in those that are also monogamous just as those that are open. so it's a not a which is better competition or that open relationships are all wrong. It's the people who entail that relationship. I've been in a closed relationship ad many people where that person, no matter how much you do for them, still looks , still engages, still lies and still cheats. Again, it's more on the mental state of maturity of the people than just deeming the relationship a flop

You worship One GOD. GOD never told us to worship multiple GODS. Your relationship shouldn't consist of multiple people as in a open relationship. No matter how mature the two are. You should respect your relationship to be a one on one relationship. If you want a open relationship stay single with no responsibility. A relationship is about honor and respect. I hear you! I did Pride in Chicago (I was traveling and missed NYC) and I went hard in the paint (do people still say that?).....I am in my mid 30s and I am reminded that I am not 22 with a bottomless pit for food and alcohol, even though I lie to myself all the time. I understand the "alone" feeling, I moved to NYC last summer and hit the ground running with work and dance and finding my peoples. The difference that we all need to investigate with "alone" is are we alone or lonely, they are different things. I wish you all in your journey! And open relationships are work but possible, the spirit will tell you what is right.

Me personal I’ve gotten use to being on my own it feels like a huge milestone to be with someone. It’s like I know I can do it but I hope I can bring something to the relationship, sharing is very Important especially when your in another’s space.
Every relationship I had before my husband prepared me for being with him in relationship for (now) 27 years. And we're open. But we both did the monogamy thing in previous relationships. Key is finding someone who is okay with your growth because, God willing, growth happens. And in freedom and growth together, there is joy.

It’s 4th day after Pride and according to some sources working in hospitals, monkeypox cases in gay men have doubled here. I hope we won’t get hammered even more as Fire Island orgies and GBU sex parties were happening past week. CDC dropped the ball as they did not sound alarm on time, don’t have testing capacity and don’t have vaccines to quickly stop this virus that mutates fast.

Sunday I marched in the NYC pride parade with Planned Parenthood. I never thought that I would ever say that. When I was in grad school I almost went to Washington for the annual anti-abortion protest (I guess they won’t be having that anymore). But waited at the church for the bus that was chartered but it broke down so I didn’t get to go. I take that as a divine message. As we see with Uncle Clarence’s opinion, they don’t want to stop there with abortion. So you should be fearful for gay marriage & other freedoms.

I've rampantly dated from about November until now. No regrets, but...I'm done. Definitely done with online dating. I was just using Tinder. I just ended up having a string of one & done dates (not hookups), connecting with people I feel I wouldn't have been interested in had I met them in real life. The dates were perfectly pleasant, but the chemistry just wasn't there...it's too tough to evaluate for something like that from an online profile, even talking on the phone/texting before meeting up... So I'm going to transition to trying to connect with people in-person, but I'm going to give myself some breathing room before making that jump.
This was really lovely. Felt like a chat. I'm 29 and I haven't dated since 2019 and I find myself feeling like I'm ready to have a man in my life as well (well there's a guy I'm seeing now, it's been a few months and I wanna see more of him) I enjoy being single but I'm keen to get back into it. Some advice from an older version of you: the grass will always seem greener. The stranger will seem more appealing than the person you actually know and share your time with. That is just your imagination filling in some gaps. Sooner or later, you will CHOOSE to know and love someone, just as they will hopefully choose to know and love you. This whole " not wanting to fall for someone" is bullshit that I really don't know what to say about - no man is an island, and to want to love and be loved is what being a human with a mind and heart is all about. Day after tomorrow, you will be 55 years old - it will literally go by THAT FAST. Do you want to wake up at that age still "swinging and single"? Trust me, when you are that age, people will see you as a grandfather, no matter how "hot" and physically active you may still be.

If you are secure enough to be sexually adventurous together, that's something, but if you are settling for someone that does NOT turn on both your body and your mind... well, just remember that someone may very well be settling for you.
