  • Unfortunately, we have to deal with all the predators out here on the property. As long as we attempt to fight back, it may save a few animals.

    Hi Brandon, have an idea for marking the Mamas n babies.. Sandi Brock paints her Mama by the numbers they give birth n the babies would carry the same number. Ex.. first birth of the season would be number 1 so her babies would all be #1 hope this helps you.. sending love from Canada 🇨🇦

    Hey Brandon, the soil all messed up where the grass is growing- it could be raccoons 🦝 digging for grubs - they peel the grass up and look for those white grubs to eat -

    Your goats eat as if they haven’t had a morsel for days. 😜
    Lots of beautiful, beautiful baby kids. The charcoal baby doe we watched being born is adorable. She’s going to be a lovely goat.
    With winter coming soon, do you put straw down for the kids to rest on? Even though goats have a coat, their warm heat transfers to the cold ground. So, a young goat laying on the cold ground will lose heat. We have rough winters in the northeast and definitely needed hay in our barn and stall, maybe you don’t 💁‍♀️?

Do you have another igloo for babies? Thought you said you were going to cut back on your goats. Did you get your camper fixed? Maybe a pro in the field could tell you what to do how to fix it. Praying for that home build. Yall will feel so much better. Glad the small home is done. See you next one.

    • @thaismatsumoto
      @thaismatsumoto 10 місяців тому +1

      They are good at eating tick’s though. And they don’t carry rabies . The downside of course is if you have chickens or other small animals. Then they are a problem.. Never had any ticks on us or our animals when we lived at our old home because we had opossums . Now that we are at the new place near woods we had a major tick problem for the first two years. And no opossums. One finally moved in and the ticks went way down. So they can have a purpose.

      OK, I don't like killing critters BUT, you have to protect your pets. Opossums carry a disease called EPM and it will kill horses fast. So I'm in total agreement with ya'll doing what have to do, to protect your animals. I must say Brandon, your a heck of a good shot my friend. Love and Blessings to you all ❤ 🙌 Jennifer

    Keep in mind the little baby goat that you showed that has a wattle that's off to the side of the neck that is a birth defect. If you want to keep that one you'll have to remember that more than likely it can pass off that birth defect and if it turns out to be one you want to sell it's not going to sell very well. And it won't sell very well to those who are looking to breed those with wattles because they're not going to want one born with the same. It would more than likely either be raised to be a pet and you would want to make sure that it's going to be a pet to someone and so it completely separately one-on-one person-to-person if that's what you want to make sure is going to happen to it otherwise it could turn out to be somebody's meal.

This family is living their best life & if you don’t like how they’re living their dream…..MOVE ALONG!!! Their children are blessings from God above. Each one was created exactly how He intended. Your words mean nothing, will affect them in no way, and they will continue to harvest those blessings & trials set forth for them. Everything happens for a reason, both good & bad.
