The legendary Dick Clark lived from November 30'th, 1929 until November, 2012-almost 83 years. He had quite a career-game show host; music awards show producer; host of "American Bandstand"; various prime time television "bloopers" specials; host of "Dick Clark's Rockin' New Years Eve"-he was afflicted with a stroke in December, 2004 at the age 0f 75.
@danceswithcomicbooks7733 I keep saying it's been $100,000 since the introduction of the New Coke! How's about *"The $1,000,000 Pyramid??"* Hell, at *least "The $500,000 Pyramid!"*
Vicki Lawrence is always a fantastic player. I've seen her on the show several times o er the years....but I never realized how cool, calm and collected Dick Cavett was. He gave fantastic clues!
$100,000/$25,000 Pyramid is a great show. It's one of my favorites. This one and Press Your Luck Card Sharks and The Jokers Wild. were all great shows.
The contestants were sharp, and these celebrity players were quite possibly the two best ever. Vicki Lawrence was quick and precise. Dick Cavett, although he had one bad fumble here (a rarity for him) was known for his brilliant clues.
You could bring back this game a thousand times, and it would still be a good watch, but nobody at the helm has ever been or will be as classy as Dick Clark
I had a dream were I was on a verson of this Game show With Crystal Gayle It was supposed to be with Mick Jagger but he couldn,t nake it because he was ounched out during a concert the year was 1982 So on the dream I had It was me Crystal Gayle Peter Cetera from Chicago and TOTO,s lead guitarist singer Steve Lukeather We won at the winner circle twice at the end Dick Clark said so long In the Dream I had Crystal Gayle wore a dress I wore an NBC Sports shirt Mick Jagger was knocked out during a concert he couldn,t make it we were on NBC THE National Broadcasting Company we won we came back it was me Crystal Gayle Peter Cetera and Steve Lukather from TOTO we won twice on the winner circle The game show was hosted by Dick Clark in the dream it was on NBC I,m sorry if I spelled wrong Another part of the dream I had I was on a verson of the Pyramid game show with Taylor Dayne Prince and Michael Jackson in 1987 on NBC Taylor and I won one round Prince and Michael won the second round

This is some of the best play I'v e ever seen on this show.
$100,000 WAS a lot of $ in 1986. Today, that MIGHT buy you a decent pickup truck & a scooter 🤦♀️
The new pyramid show is still only doing 100 grand. Cheap a holes

Been watching since I was three! My intro to *"Pyramid"* was through reruns on the USA Cable Network in the early '90s. I've loved it ever since!

Ellen Gerstell is most known for providing the voice of Rapture in Jem and Mihoshi Kuramitsu in the Tenchi Muyo! franchise.
Mihoshi!!! Incredible!

I really liked Dick Cavett. He is so articulate and witty. His shows were fun to watch.
all play very well here
I think these two ladies were some of the best players on this show I've ever seen.
13:05 great clues Ms. Lawrence.
BEST game show ever !!!
Dear abby
🤷♀️
Did I miss what the Mystery Seven all had in common ?
I believe it's things that are cut
I want that ear thing for work…but I wonder if you can modulate what you want to listen to, or if it’s just a huge cacophony?
Notice of lawsuit.
Wow. Great games😊
My mother Show ❤
Vicki and Betty best players ever
Whatever show with bonus prize wins like this one needs a replacement due to stupid GSN's credit crunch too soon.

I wonder what Jack Spratt Foil Line Sk8n all have in common in the category Sheer Heaven?
Agree!
Do you have any pyramid tournament episodes
Travoltas' hair! smart lady
Do you have the full episode where in 1988, Tracey won $100,000 in the first half?
I'm sorry but I don't.
The $10,000 Pyramid
I've never understood why people like this show, it's basically Password but instead of being limited to 1 word you're put on a time limit.
Why are you here then?
