Very good, Dan. NLP completely sorted my ANS.
I continue to practice calming the nervous system to maintain a healthy balance in both mind and body.

i had gut dysbiosis. Eating in such a way as to reverse that was a HUGE piece for me improving. I went hardcore XD After 2yrs diet n gut research i did private stool tests and went 'paleo-keto-AIP' with a heavy focus on flaxseed (3 diets merged together) After 3 months, i re-did stool test and my microbiome was in a much healthier place. It seemed to help my monthlies and my skin n general mood too, so ever since ive been avoiding high carbs, grains and dairy to best of my willpower.
It was on the tail-end of this improvement i found Dan XD
im 'stuck' on the verge of reintegration stage -perfectly normal for long enough i think 'ohh, im ready!' then BOOM! back i go hehe!

It's important to understand WHY we have these gut issues. It's easy to be fixed on fixing something, which only makes sense if the reason for it being there is also addressed. That's why we teach a multi-lateral approach that address the root cause of the illness in the program.

So it's not through some single magic panacea 'cure' - it's by creating an environment where the nervous system is not so triggered and then retraining it to function more normal. Physical treatments (including ones that have failed in the past) can be an important component of that when done AT THE SAME TIME. A multi-lateral approach is key! Hmm. Ever since I had severe pneumonia last year I've been struggling. I need to go back to basics and do the videos again
