I think there is a big difference between the chronic fatigue you talk about and post viral ME/CFS. Notably the inclusion of post exertion malaise (PEM).

I’m tapering from 30 years of 2mg klonopin starting my taper 3 years ago and currently at .5 mg. My chronic fatigue started at the beginning of the taper.
