Thanks! Been viewing a number of Crease fly tying vids. I really appreciate the simplicity of yours. I do wish you'd shown us the underside of the fly; does the foam meet on the underside to create a white belly?

Why do they lay on their side i have used 2m 3m long hooks short hooks they still lay on their side thank u for any tips

Too much material on the top of the hook. The hook needs to keel the fly to keep it upright.

Quality of these hooks is terrible compared to what they used to be. The metal is way too soft resulting in bad penetration and increased potential for straightening when fighting the fish. And believe me , I found this out the hard way!😢
