Steps2Success '24

Our Steps 2 Success program completed it's third year over the summer and was a huge hit! Over a dozen students from Winooski High School spent time building their job skills at NorthCountry through the program in partnership with ReSOURCE. They got a behind-the-scenes look at how credit unions operate, worked on resumes, learned about workplace etiquette, participated in mock interviews and more. The program not only provided students with the tools necessary for professional life, but was also a lot of fun.
