I agree, the gear down can be painful. I still have night mares from the very first one I did!!! 😂 But this one went together ok, just had to have a little routine going and some patience. Does look best in-flight, but they don't supply a stand for that, haha. Thanks for dropping past to watch the video!!
That is a quite creative and sharp livery on that one. I always think that the pilots of these planes with the really cool and unique liveries must automatically walk 2-inches taller just for the paint scheme. I know I would have. It took me a minute to register the Greek flag on the right wing too...a neat touch. Unfortunately, I guess this model shows its age, with all of the fiddley bits and some fit and finish issues. I would think the market is ripe and ready for a Hobby Master version with 2024+ manufacturing technology. 🤠👍
Yeah some of the liveries are amazingly well done!! I think the pilots that fly the unique aircraft do have a couple of extra inches than normal pilots, but don't think its in height 😉😂. I think if Hobby Master did and A-7 it would be a great move!! At least they could do the rear gear like the do the Hornets and Falcons, just a drop in preassembled module!!! Thanks for watching 😁
Amazing looking aircraft and model. And I like the Witty Wings mold itself more than the Century Wings. But plastic parts, it's a big headache. By the way, missiles are painted black, it's an unrealistic WW fantasy
@@slizevicius Yes the livery is nicely done. I agree the ordnance just being all black plastic is a little toy like and does cheapen the finish. The main landing gear is also a little fiddly on these, although it wasn't too bad on this model. Thanks for checking out the video 😀
As The History Guy channel says " all the best stories feature pirates!" Your displays must be a blaze of colour now. Don't get sucked into that intake you say. There was a USN guy who was; there is a video of it - the aircraft was an Intruder. On that note, on to the next vid..........
I used to work in a dodgy bakery years ago....there were a lot of pie rats there 🤣. Yes my shelves are full of colourful boxes, haha. Yeah I've seen that video, and he lived...dont think you'd live getting sucked into an A-7 though!! Well I'm off to practice some break dancing for the next Olympics, 🤣
Yes its unfortunate these builds rarely have a stand included. Witty Wings, JC Wings and sometimes Herpa seem to share a lot of the same molds which seem to be 99% stand free, lol. And its always the models with the hardest gear down set ups, haha. Thanks for watching!!
You will have to try eBay, that's where I find is the easiest place to hunt for out of production models or some diecast Facebook sale pages maybe? Thanks for watching!!
One of my favorite planes
The paint scheme on this is what gets me, its really well done!! Thaks for watching!!
Love the Corsair, really like the paint scheme on this one
Yes this is a really unique livery, I really like it!! Thanks for watching!!
Esse é o A-7E Corseir mais bonito que ja vi! Incrível esse modelo, a arte e espetacular.

my favorite
Yes she is a stunner, thanks for watching!!
I like A-7s but setting up their landing gears is a complex task and the result may be dissapointed. That model was Made for flying configuración.
