The last point regarding the news 100% spot on. I stopped watching the news during the pandemic. I was glued to the news at the start which led to several seizures due to stress. I get the headlines from my smart speaker and leave it there, has worked so far. I also avoid Question Time, who decided to air that program right before bed?
We were just talking about this in our support group this evening.
Gosh! Well, stress and anxiety are so common amongst us lot, aren’t they. And then being a seizure trigger too - argh!
I liked this episode. Great job, Torie.
