Great subject and a very clear delivery
I’m 59, been having seizures for 8 years, and I’m not convinced that the neurologist has pinned down the cause. I’m on meds, but still have breakthrough absences and auras. There seems to be a cyclical pattern to this. I have kept a daily diary for 7 years, and I go 2 - 4 weeks perfectly ok, then have 4 - 7 day episodes of constant auras, anxiety and absences. Then it disappears overnight, till the next time. I really do feel there is a reason for this pattern, but Doc doesn’t want to discuss the possibilities.

I believe in a pattern also. I go 7 days without focal seizures then have 2 to 3 days of clusters. After the clusters I go another 7 days without!

Is the pattern annoying...or kind of "useful" in predicting things/managing your life around things a little, Lesley?
