I've got this alarm system fitted two years ago, it gives a lot of trouble, error messages saying batteries need to be changed even after you replace them, alarm goes off on its own, customer care doesn't reply to your queries, app is anything but user friendly, and a lot more issues.... I'm saving up to get Ring alarm... Once you buy Yale products if something goes wrong (and a lot of stuff goes wrong) you are on your own trying troubleshooting... I wouldn't recommend yale to anyone

Just installed and hub is beeping dc1 tamper alert
Did you ever find out how to remove the tamper alert?
