Another enjoyable podcast!! Im so glad I found you!! I am not a spinner, and don’t intend to start, but do enjoy hearing about spinning yarns - it is interesting to learn about different methods of creating yarn and different blends of fiber and how it impacts the final product!
Ha! Une autre fan de chandails en fingering! Souvent, les gens se plaignent que c'est trop long à tricoter, mais moi je trouve ça ben moins long, au contraire. Ça fait trop mal aux mains pour tricoter longtemps, quand c'est un chandail en DK ou en worsted alors moi aussi c'est ce que je fais le plus. Je ne trouve pas que c'est bizarre que tu dises que le chandail ne fait pas "trop superwash". Je pense que je comprends vraiment ce que tu veux dire. J'aime pas tant les chandails en laine superwash, moi non plus. Je trouve que ça "feel plus synthétique" sur la peau, ça régule moins bien la température. Mais certains fils superwash sont effectivement assez bien en chandail!

Loved hearing how do you spin your something I might get into the drop spindle I did it in college but that was in 1960 L O L 🤓🤗
