I was raised in a foster home, so I don't have the feelings of Mother's Day that everyone else has, but I do love hearing the music of Mother's Day and all of the celebrations that go with it. It's still a special time
Not knowing you but if you have kids or even a pet... Happy Mother's Day to you. I had a foster daughter that didn't have her mother either so I know what she goes through and it is so hard. Just know someone out here cares and wanted to tell you know matter what you are special and loved. We don't have to know each other to care and love people we just should do it. Hugs!

Thank you for sharing you mother singing this! Wow...what a wonderful song about all the sacrifices a Mamma makes for her children! My mother had 6 and my husband's Mom had 11!! Teaching about Jesus! SNIFFFF...SNIFFF....it just brought tears to my eyes!! What a blessing she, through her son, gave me today! God bless you Mark! Some day, if I don't meet you here, I will meet you around His throne and you can introduce me to your Mom, so I can thank her for her ministry and for her son Mark! My husband and I have 3 sons! They all sing perfect pitch, so I was told by the music teacher that had them all in school! She was wowed by their singing! They all, at one time, sang in choir! Now my oldest still sings in church, so does my middle son who has a gorgeous bass voice, and our youngest is worship leader at our church! He plays the guitar, sits on his kahone( not sure how to spell it, but it's a rectangular box that really is a drum set condensed in a box, has a bass peddle on one foot and a tambourine foot attachment on the other foot and sings and makes a joyful noise unto the Lord leading us all! I can't keep up with him! And sometimes he preaches when our pastor in out! A joy I never knew I would have. Do I ever thank and praise the Lord for the gift of our sons ❤ Hallelujah!! I sang in choir and choruses for years. I can't sing some of the contemporary songs because Inam a soprano and several songs are written for solos baritone voices. I tey to harmonize but that means I would have to sing from the rafters hanging on with both feet to reach that high!! My Momma's hands were so beautiful! Hard working but she didn't complain! My little Mom loved us all! I miss her, but I will see her again some day!
