OMG, I understand that sounds very challenging, something you might only be able to do when they are sleeping if you are still awake. TFW.
I"m tired after all that organization... haha. I don't do the Diamond Art, it look nice, but just too finicky for me. I have the attention span of a gnat... therefore detailed crafts set off my anxiety.. hahaha... However, I did give a small one to my g'daughter for xmas.

I really like your tip about square dry sheet! I could put a piece of the dryer sheet with my small beads!
It works really well, I also use full sheets in my suitcase when I travel! TFW.
I received a diamond painting for Christmas and this looks like how I can store my supplies tfs😊
