Good afternoon, folks, and thank you so much for taking time for your busy day to come. Join us in the virtual tour of 14510 Trellis Court. We find ourselves in beautiful Viscaya Lakes in Port Charlotte, Florida.
Where we stand today, we've got gulf beaches about 15 to 20 minutes
away. Shopping and dining are just right down the way here now. If Vizcaya Lake sounds familiar, it is because we recently had several homes on our channel in the same community, and we will meet up with Daniel here toward the end of the tour.
He's going to walk us through all of the features of the community and go through the number section with the price of the home here. This property has tons to offer. It is a 2014 home.

Are hurricane straps required? Why is there a sold sign?
Thanks for commenting, welcome to the community! Our firm uses double sided signs, For Sale on one side and SOLD on the other, when the home is is sold we flip the sign around.
First master closest is a closet, not a walk-in. The bath in the master is a shower, not a tub/shower combo. Concerning the description is so inaccurate.

Theres a sold sign in the yard.
Thanks for the comment, welcome to the community! Our firm uses double sided signs, one side is For Sale and the other side is SOLD. If you look at how the sign is placed in the yard the For Sale part is what everyone sees and we reverse it to SOLD once the property is moving towards closing.
