    ngredients:
    Prepare Filling:
    -Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
    -Boneless chicken small cubes 250g
    -red chilli powder 1 tsp
    -Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
    -Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
    -Dried oregano ½ tsp
    -Lemon juice 1 tbs
    -Capsicum) cubes 1 medium
    -Butter) 2 tbs
    -Garlic) chopped ½ tbs
    -Onion) chopped 1 small
    -All-purpose flour) 1 & ½ tbs
    - Milk ¾ Cup
    - Cream ½ Cup (room temperature)
    -Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
    -Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
    -Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
    Prepare Tart Shells:
    -All-purpose flour) 2 & ½ Cups
    -Butter) chilled 150g
    -(Salt) ½ tsp
    -Sugar powdered 1 tbs
    -cold Water 2 tbs
    Assembling:
    -cheese grated
    -Capsicum) cube
    -oregano
    Directions:
    Prepare Filling:
    -In a frying pan,add cooking oil,chicken & mix well until it changes color.
    -Add paprika powder,black pepper powder,salt,dried oregano,lemon juice,mix well & cook for 4-5 minutes.
    -Add capsicum,mix well & set aside.
    -In the same frying pan,add butter & let it melt.
    -Add garlic & mix well.
    -Add onion,mix well & sauté until translucent.
    -Add all-purpose flour,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
    -On low flame,add milk,cream,salt,,black pepper powder,mix well & cook until it thickens.
    -Add cooked chicken mix well set aside.
    Prepare Tart Shells:
    -In a chopper,add all-purpose flour,butter,salt,sugar & chop until crumbled.
    -add water & chop well then knead dough until smooth.
    -Place another butter paper mat on it & roll it out with the help of rolling pin.
    -Cut the dough with the help of round cutter (4.5 inches) then set the dough on tart molds & prick with the help of fork.
    Assembling:
    -Add 2 tbs of prepared chicken filling,mozzarella cheese,capsicum & oregano
    -Can be stored in zip lock bag or airtight container for up to 2 weeks in freezer.
    -Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 15 to 20 minutes.
