    Recipe in English:
    Ingredients:
    Prepare Filling:
    -Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
    -Boneless chicken small cubes 300g
    -Paprika powder 1 tsp
    -Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
    -Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
    -Dried oregano ½ tsp
    -Lemon juice 1 tbs
    -Shimla mirch (Capsicum) cubes 1 medium
    -Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
    -Lehsan (Garlic) chopped ½ tbs
    -Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 small
    -Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 & ½ tbs
    -Olper’s Milk ¾ Cup
    -Olper’s Cream ½ Cup (room temperature)
    -Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
    -Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
    -Chicken powder ½ tbs
    -Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
    -Olper’s Cheddar cheese grated 2-3 tbs
    Prepare Tart Shells:
    -Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 & ½ Cups
    -Makhan (Butter) chilled 150g
    -Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
    -Sugar powdered 1 tbs
    -Anda (Egg) 1
    -Water 2 tbs
    Assembling:
    -Tomato ketchup
    -Olper’s Mozzarella cheese grated
    -Shimla mirch (Capsicum) cube
    -Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed
    Directions:
    Prepare Filling:
    -In a frying pan,add cooking oil,chicken & mix well until it changes color.
    -Add paprika powder,black pepper powder,salt,dried oregano,lemon juice,mix well & cook for 4-5 minutes.
    -Add capsicum,mix well & set aside.
    -In the same frying pan,add butter & let it melt.
    -Add garlic & mix well.
    -Add onion,mix well & sauté until translucent.
    -Add all-purpose flour,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
    -On low flame,add milk,cream,red chilli crushed,salt,chicken powder,black pepper powder,mix well & cook until it thickens.
    -Add cooked chicken,cheddar cheese,mix well until cheese melts & set aside.
    Prepare Tart Shells:
    -In a chopper,add all-purpose flour,butter,salt,sugar & chop until crumbled.
    -Add egg,water & chop well then knead dough until smooth.
    -Place another silicon mat on it & roll it out with the help of rolling pin.
    -Cut the dough with the help of round cutter (4.5 inches) then set the dough on tart molds & prick with the help of fork.
    -Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 10-12 minutes.
    -Let it cool.
    Assembling:
    -On tart shell,apply tomato ketchup with the help of brush.
    -Add 2 tbs of prepared chicken filling,mozzarella cheese,capsicum & sprinkle red chilli crushed.
    -Can be stored in zip lock bag or airtight container for up to 2 weeks in freezer.
    -Bake in preheated oven at 180C until cheese melts (5-6 minutes) (makes 15-16).

    -Paprika powder,kali mirch powder,namak,dried oregano aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.
    -Shimla mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
    -Us he frying pan mein makhan dal ker melt ker lein.
    -Lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
    -Pyaz dal dein aur translucent ho janay tak sauté ker lein.
    -Maida dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
    -Halki ancch per doodh,cream,lal mirch crushed,namak,chicken powder aur kali mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur garha ho janay tak paka lein.
    -Cooked chicken aur cheddar cheese dal ker cheese melt ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.
    Prepare Tart Shells:
    -Chopper mein maida,makhan,namak aur cheeni dal dein aur crumble ho janay tak ache tarhan chop ker lein.
    -Anda aur pani dal ker ache tarhan chop karein phir smooth ho janay tak ache tarhan knead ker lein.
    -Ek aur silicon mat us ka upper rakh ker rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
    -Round cutter (4-5 inches) ki madad sa dough ko cut ker lein phir dough ko tart molds mein set ker lein aur fork ki madad sa prick karein.
    -Preheated oven mein 180C per 10-12 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
    -Thanda ker lein.
    Assembling:
    -Tart shell mein brush ki madad sa tomato ketchup laga lein.
    -2 tbs tayyar chicken filling,mozzarella cheese,shimla mirch & lal mirch crushed dal dein.
    -Zip lock bag ya airtight container mein dal ker 2 weeks kliya freezer mein store ker saktay han.
    -Preheated oven mein 180C per cheese melt ho janay tak bake ker lein (5-6 minutes) (makes 15-16).
