We caught multiple species offshore fishing out of Honolulu, Hawaii. When we got back to the dock we filleted our fish and at home I made Ono Handrolls.

That Ono was a good size. The Ono remind me of the Northern Pike I fish here in Canada. Aggressive fish with big sharp teeth. Tight lines Will!
