  • Remember that condo I bought in less than 10 minutes after seeing it? Well, this is the first time I've actually gotten to step inside since. Let's see if my intuition was right about the apartment, location and seller, or if it was all a big scam and I'll open the door to see all of the furniture and electronics missing from the unit. Here's a tour of my new $37,500 condo in Kharkiv, the 2nd city of Ukraine and my 2nd apartment that I now own.

Words can't explain. At 30 it's crazy for our generation. We started the whole technology area, and to see people doing vlogs of homes and life, and then months later that same area is a ware zone burnt down is fucking crazy to process vs when we couldn't see anything. Like their just relaxing in their restaurants, and homes in some vlogs, and that's no longer possible

Its a good price. In 10 years it will be double. I know companies are looking to relocate to Kiev. Its economy isnt great right now. But neither was Polands 10 years ago now look at it. For the price, city center is good. And you dont need to do any refurb on it. I was invested in Berlin and Budapest 15 yearsback. All rock solid investments now.

Just can't process it mentally, because people don't understand how technology changed everything. Like today we see vlogs and everything online. To see a move in vlog like we do here in LA,and to imagine months later, that it will be a war zone and blown up with vlogs is just like a movie . This is so unacceptable

Hi, peace of advice, keep bills and documents that you payed them. Because all these companies who send them sometimes do "mistakes" in calculations, and after you will have problems too prove that you're not an elephant, and that you really payed all that stuff.
Also if your apartment use central ( all building/block)heating system, better instal heat meter, it will save you nerves and money. sometimes temperatures provided for you and bills you receive just not the same.

I've been beginning to watch your videos. When I moved into this apartment, I had to buy everything too. It did come with a care package with a lot of stuff because some people didn't have an income moving into these places. But the stuff was cheap, and I eventually replaced everything.

What are you going to do about the different wallpapers in the living room, wish it was all white, the space is too small for so much different textures

Hey Johnny, is the market in Kharkiv today similar to when you bought or has it changed since then? Interested in investing in the future of Ukraine! Thank you!

One quick comment about those bills. Here in Thailand we can use the electric and water bills to prove to Immigration that we are living at our residence. These bills are considered "Official" for proof of living accomodations. Just a thought for you regarding your Visa requirements there in the Ukraine. 😊😎😊👍👍👍 (Rob Allen in Thailand)

Exactly! No tearing them up! Write on them what day and how you paid.
