Love it, Chris. I've been getting this (seemingly straightforward) part of the golf swing wrong for more years than I can remember. I knew it was hurting my game but didn't know how to fix it. Now I do. The content on your channel continues to provide me with so many 'light bulb' moments. Thank you.
Hi Chris, Christo Garcia did so much on the Hogan swing and he did a great job. But your effort is so AMAZING, you're really grinding out the content on simplifying the specifics from the Hogan Handbook. Thank you.
You're drill with the hat drill. water in the hat absolutely made everything. Click together for me and I was able to understand. I believe you're the best instructor on youtube
If Christo thinks Hogan's swing was over the top. It tells me the following.... ***He doesn't understand the golf swing..... He would fall into the category of he knows just enough to be dangerous *** He thinks he knows how Hogan swung the golf club.... but he truly does not know. Back in the late 80's I was a student of Henry Picard. I was also a student of Gardner Dickinson. Both men were close to Hogan. Hogans 1st book Power Golf was dedicated to Henry Picard. The two men were close. It was Pic who offered financial help to Hogan early in his career so you wouldn't have to quit the tour. It was Pic that told Hogan why he needed to weaken his left hand grip. When Pic was head professional at Seminole golf club Hogan would go there to prepare for the Masters each Spring. When I was a young assistant pro at a club on Hilton Head Island, I used to travel to the Charleston to take lessons from Henry Picard. Obviously the subject of Hogan and his golf swing would come up. I would meet Pic at a shabby driving range on John's Island that would make the range in the movie, Tin Cup, look like Augusta. One afternoon during a lesson he taught me how Hogan swung the club. He taught me both how and why. I also took lessons from Gardner Dickinson. Gardner was very close to Hogan also. And I know this..... ** Every golfer over 50 yrs has a Hogan story.....which is great 👍 ** Most have either read five lessons and/or believe they know how Hogan swung the club. **Fewer think they know the Hogan secret. To Chris.... Thank you for keeping Ben Hogan and his swing principles alive and well in the 21st century. And thank you for helping your students improve. I'm sure most of you are skeptable about what I said. For those of you that are curious, feel free to ask me a question.
I wish you gave me your lessons when I started 50 years ago. I now finally understand Hogans fundamentals. spiraling, staying, hip-adgustment at the top and all the other fundamentals are great stuf. Reading the book is not enough. Thanks Chris.
This lesson bar far is the best golf lesson on the Internet. I have not seen anyone explain the profundity of this information. Chris is a Godsend for me. I'm 70 and was off 21hcp.6 weeks ago, I'm now off 15 and will be off 9 in a few months. Thank you Chris, you are the best. Grateful Aussie.🎉
I’m back again because for me this movement is the hardest to keep consistently correct ✅ world class coaching thanks again Chris

Christo says Hogan swung over the top. He's a joke and has no clue what he's talking about.
@@tig4156 he swung slightly outside of his take away, ie over the top but not outside. that video evidence is hard to disprove.
Thank you so much!!

Great job on the results you are achieving. 👍👍👍Thanks so much.
Hi Chris, THANKS 👍👍👍
So neat how you differentiate the "one piece takeway" from a more pure turn. Thanks Chris
You bet!
Optimal efficient performance! 🤜
Indeed it is!
This is magical and thank you so much!!!
👍👍👍
#algo👍
Every video brings improvement & confidence in my game Chris! The ball doesn’t lie! Masterclass is great as well!
I'm glad to hear it on both accounts.
Thanks, I just know the real one piece take away.
Would "turning your back to the target" achieve the same thing (letting it move the club)?
It could help as long as you feel you are rotating around your strenum bone and not turning to the right.
I thought Hogan said the left hand initiates the back swing.
Watch his swings online and pay attention to the left lat.
Can I send you a video of my swing? How much for you to be my swing coach this golf season I’m a 11 handicap
👍
What if you pull the right shoulder and shoulder blade behind you?
Wrong side of the body. When you move it with the left side, the right will respond perfectly.
It’s true. Anything else isn’t one piece.
Hey. Just a minute pal. I’m 92 y.o. and I can still tie my shoes like a pro !! What’s this tie your shoes just as good ‘til your 90 business.🤓
Sorry, I should have said and beyond.
Good
Thanks.
