Potatoes:
1 T olive oil
2 lbs russet potatoes, peeled and diced small or 1/2 bag of has browns
1/2 white onion, diced
2 cloves minced garlic
1/4 C chicken broth
1/2 tsp. paprika
Burger meat:
2 lbs lean gr beef
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. paprika
1-1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Remaining ingredients:
1 C. Shredded cheddar cheese
1 C. Cherry tomatos, halved
1-1/2 C. Shredded lettuce
1/2 C. Dill pickle chips
1/2 C. Diced white onion
8 slices cooked bacon
Big Mac sauce
Big Mac Sauce:
1/2 C. Plain nonfat Greek yogurt or sub Mayo
2 tsp. mustard
2 tsp. pickle relish
2 tsp. ketchup
1 tsp. coco aminos
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
Tater tot Casserole
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 chopped onion
Garlic powder to taste
Onion powder to taste
salt and pepper to taste
Couple of shakes of worcestershire sauce
1 can of drained green beans or mixed vegetables if you prefer
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
1/2 package of tater tots
One pot Burrito bowl
1 to 1-1/2 lbs. of ground beef
1 package Rice A Roni mexican rice
2-1/2 C. water
taco seasong, about 1 T.
1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can of corn, drained
Toppings:
sour cream
guacamole
salsa
grated cheddar or mexican blend cheese
pickled or plain onions
lettuce
tomato
salad dressing if desired
