Hamburger Noodle Casserole
1 lb. Hamburger, browned
1 small onion, diced
2 tsp. Minced garlic
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Ground black pepper
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. Garlic powder
1/2 tsp. Chili powder
2 C water
3 beef bouillon cubes(or 2 tsp beef base)
1/2 can tomato paste or 1 (8 oz ) can tomato sauce
1 (15 oz) can diced tomatoes
2 C. penne or elbow macaroni
1-1/2 C grated mozzarella
1-1/2 C grated cheddar cheese
