In 2001 I attended The Institute of Culinary Education in NYC, where I graduated with honors. In 2009 I began teaching cake decorating at Michael's, Palm Coast.
In 2013 I attended The Wilton School Master Course in Darien, IL where she graduated with honors. In 2015 I graduated from the Daytona Beach College Pastry and Baking Program.
