- #Anastrozole is completely unnecessary for some and at the same time, incredibly important for others when taking #testosterone.
The trick when using an anastrozole is to let the patient's individual biology dictate the treatment. Cookie cutter protocols with anastrozole are the reason it gets such a bad rap.

totally agree i screwed myself up at 1mg day tanked my estrogen and freaking lost all libido most ef and horrible drenching night sweats over night , lab proven tanked estrogen , the loss of libiod was shocking , your clinical excellence and individualised protocol is impressive , i am a Dr btw , ER. Mine is 80.1 on testosterone cream. I can’t stand heat. Hot red face. Horrible anxiety and bloating. Can’t stay hard. Cry a lot. How much/often should I take a AI?

just wondering if i can take anastrozole for litte gyno (after i took finasteride for 1 month with quarter dosage,i did a blood test and found my estrogen levels almost exceed I am not on th TRT,just normal traning ,i suspect I was born with usually high estrogen levels ,cause I've always had high body fat, even though I'm on a diet and training ,
so ,,i think maybe i can take the minimal dosage like 0.25mm per week and have a look ?
It happens like that sometime. Go light with the anastrozole and you'll be good. .25 is a good start

Not necessarily. I keep mine around that and I feel great. Don't mess with it if you don't feel any estrogen related symptoms.

@@conqueror3142 I'd want to see some lab work honestly. The chances of it being estrogen-related when your testosterone is that low is almost zero.

Anastrozole is the best bet. Start very low dose and monitor labs with your doc. 👍🏼👍🏼

Avoid it if you can bad on the heart .
The endothelia in the arterial wall is require decent amounts of estrogen to be healthy. This is like all the other issues with the anastrozole. If optimal levels are achieved and maintained using the anastrazole, there is zero impact. Only when the anastrozole is overused and estrogen levels fall too far, is there a problem.
