I simply must agree that the system FAILED! IT WAS DISGRACEFUL. Refusal to properly fund so many aspects of health care and disability support is a criminal act, in my opinion!

Don’t derail. You couldn’t name Charter rights if your life depended on it- depriving others of life & security of their person is not a protected charter right - meaning your preferences can be infringed when your choices risk the death or disability of fellow citizens OR the collapse of the healthcare system. We see the system IS in collapse and that justifies extraordinary measures to minimize severe covid outbreaks. Period.
