Fujinon XA20sx8.5BERM-K3 ENG Lens Review & Demo

In this video, I'll demonstrate the new Fujinon XA20sx8.5BERM-K3 ENG lens and compare it to the Fujinon XT17x4.5BRM-K14 lens. The K3 lens is a 2/3" bayonet lens. The K14 is a 1/3" bayonet lens. A Panasonic HPX370 is used for this demonstration and the K3 is mounted using a MTF Services B4 2/3" to 1/3" adapter. #ad

These lenses were always bad with CA when wide open lol.

what about the zoom speed between the two lenses?

The K3 has an adjustable zoom rate and, cranked up, it's pretty fast. The other has a variable zoom rate controlled by the pressure on the rocker. At full its still acceptably fast.

too bad you couldn't pull more sharpness i guess that is the best it can look on that cam

I got a sony f900 similar to your cam i tried a few lenses I am using a letus ultimate and olympus lenses and i also have a vintage schneider zoom lens. I haven't tried a 4k or hd lens they can get quite pricey
the optics of older lenses especially video cam lenses were not made for even 1080p resolution so that is why they are not super sharp not much you can do@@MikesWorld1
