- Last week, a dispatcher and trooper from the Ohio State Highway Patrol's Lebanon Post helped a motorist get necessary medication and immediate medical attention. The Ohio State Highway Patrol says the woman was experiencing anaphylactic shock

What ticket? Did you not hear dispatch? She obviously called to tell them which is why they already knew she was in shock. Critical thinking is important
Dude... She wasn't being pulled over. She was being helped. The trooper engaged their lights to warn traffic of the hazard. (If they turned on the emergency lights).
Well, she better learn how to do her own shot. Not too smart.
