I actually started reading Harry Potter with Prisoner of Azkaban too, because it was the only one my brother had before he bought the entire set and I remember wondering who Percy was and why he was Head boy and what a Head boy was.
Hey Christine. I'm curious in how you organize your books. You should make either an updated bookshelf tour video or a video on how you organize your books. :)
AHHHH!!!! Read the Tiger's Curse!!! The series goes downhill but you get so attached to the characters that you have to keep reading. Some characters you hate but you don't want them to die, while others you want to die but they refuse to. The characterization is good (or bad, depends on your opinion of the characters) but that's what makes them so good!
1. find a author that has a z in it 2. find a classic 3. find a book with a key on it 4. find something on your book shelf thats not a book 5. find your oldest book on your self 6. find a book with a girl on the cover 7. find a book with an animal on it 8. find a book with a man protagenis 9. find a book with only words on it 10. find a book with illustrations in it 11. find a book with gold lettering 12. find a diary 13. find a book with a common name 14. find a book that has a close up 15. find the book that takes place the earliest 16. find a book without a jacket 17. find a book with a turqoiste color 18. find a book with stars 19. find a non ya book
Tiger's Curse is so amazing! And have you ever read The Fault in Our Stars by John Green? Or Looking For Alaska? If you haven't, I totally recommend it!
So trippy! You were looking for a book with stars and Wish by Alexandra Bullen just popped into my head! I was like I don't think she owns that book...then BAM! :D
Have you read the Leviathan trilogy by Scott Westerfeld? Its pretty good.. it reminded me of it when you said a book with illustration. Oh and Suzanne Collins is coming out with a new YA series... I don't know when or what its about but I just seen it on FB page "myhungergames"
oh thanks for the tip on Harry Potter. Heard so much great stuff about it .. think I'm going to take a look on it soon. Did they make a movie of this? I could watch it and see if I like the story :)
Tiger's Curse is a really good book!! The fourth book of the series, Tiger's Destiny is really really really mind blowing!! It was just.....AHHHHHHHH! SOOOO GOOOOOOD
I think you had these: Z- Suzanne Collins, Prisoner of Azkaban Girl- HP2 (Ginny), HP3 (Hermione), HP4 (Fleur), HP5 (Tonks), HP6 (Hermione and Ginny), The Sea of Monsters (Annabeth and Clarisse), The Lost Hero (Piper) Animal- HP1 (Fluffy, unicorn), HP2 (Fawkes), HP3 (Buckbeak, rat, dog or wolf, stag), HP4 (Blast-Ended Skrewt, Hungarian Horntail, pegasus), The Titan's Curse and The Last Olympian (Blackjack), The Mark of Athena (Tempest, Blackjack, owl), Mockingjay (mockingjay).
read the book gated by Christine Parker, enclave series by anna aguirre, sweet evil series by Wendy Higgins, The pledge series by Kimberly Derting, For darkness shows the stars by Diana Peterfreund. Best dystopian novels ever! :)
Christine, you should seriously read "The Fault in our Stars" by John Green. It's the best contemporary boom I've read in a while, and I although I'm like you and usually read these action-packed dystopian/hidden world/humans but not humans/books that bash humans (mortals, mudbloods, muggles, mundanes, etc.), that book seriously is like on my Top Ten Favorites. I really recommend along with the other hundreds of people, Christine. It's so heartwarming.
I've read the Tiger's Curse series! It's great, and I was able to see the author three times and have my books signed, but she doesn't remember me despite the meet-and-greets being severely small... plusssss... not the friendliest author I've ever spoken to/met. Friendliest one I've spoken to was Mandy Hubbard! :) Haha there goes my ranting...
You NEEEEEEEED to read The Chaos Walking Trilogy!!! SOOOOO GOOD!!! The first one: The Knife of Never Letting Go second: The Ask and the Answer third: Monsters of Men
OH, you read Tyger's curse! :O that's one of my favorite books! (also one of only two books I have ever cried, when I read it, but I'm going to read Clockwork Princess, so...) :D I thought none of you read it, because I didn't find any mention of this book in your videos, or on your bookshelf :D did you like it? :D
Hi! Thank you for your videos! You give a lot of positive emotions and useful information! And you have a very nice voice! And also you are really beautiful and hilarious girl. Your videos help me improve my English and learn a lot about books. Thank you!!!♥
How can you have the tigers curse and not have read it yet?! There's four books in the series, the fifth is on hold because the authors finding a new publisher for it.
Christine! Where did you get your bookshelf? I've been looking for one for ages! I've got a small room and I can't find one that will fit in my room or hold all my many, many books :C
5th question. I can relate to that. My grandfather bought me a Percy Jackson book, but I didn't know I was reading the second book Percy Jackson sea of monsters. So when I started reading it made no sense. So yeah check the spine before you read a book.
actually Melanie was 20 when she was captured, the boys are in their late twenty's in the book. in the movie they made everyone younger. so not really YA, but they wanted to advertise it as such.
Now I want to do this! Problem is about half of my books are kindle form another third are mixed with my parents books and so i only have about a sixth of my actual books on my shelf.
All the Harry Potter books have illustrations....the Chapter Title pictures totally count. I read Harry Potter out of order too, though I did start with Sorcerer's Stone, but I skipped Chamber of Secrets because my library didn't have it in so I read Prisoner of Azkaban first.
Best moment... "damn all you books with star in the title but not on the cover." LOL! Funniest hunt I've seen. You went all out, showing multiple ones. =D
maZe runner, marcus Zusak, suZanne collins
"None of these authors have the letter Z!"
cough cough... SuZanne Collins.

BooksMajorMae Especially because it's in the frame of the camera.
"What about Lord of the Rings? What time is that? No time?" LMAO Christine your hilarious!
"This literally only has a pillow on it" 😂😂😂😂
I actually started reading Harry Potter with Prisoner of Azkaban too, because it was the only one my brother had before he bought the entire set and I remember wondering who Percy was and why he was Head boy and what a Head boy was.
The Infernal Devices, it has time period on it
When The Son of Neptune fell 😱💔
It was acting out the end of the mark of Athena
@@user-yh1fq3ut4j omg ahahaha
Am I the only one who just keeps rewatching this? I think I watch this like ten times a week
OH! OH!! there are stars on clary's dagger on the cover of City of Heavenly Fire
When she said the time period one, I was thinking of the INFERNAL DEVICES!!!
Christine:"What about Lord of The Rings? What time is that? No time?"
Me: "OMG, right?"
Whenever I see To Kill a Mockingbird, my first thought is always To Kill a Mockingjay
😅😅😅
Same every time I come across the word Mockingbird.
Case in point, just almost wrote Mockingjay.
Lol the aftermath of reading the hunger games, the tributes have ptsd, we see mockingjay instead of mockingbird
"John Green...Rachel Green" same difference, right? Author and Friends?
Awesome! Thanks for the reply Christine and congratulations on getting through the first round of the less than famous panel! I hope you get it!!
