I know the year is 2023 I live in Charlotte North Carolina and I'm looking at a 2020 Toyota Camry super white SE Nightshade addition and I'm going to get it so watching your video it does me a lot of Justice I gave you a video a thumbs up and I'm a new subscriber now
Dang machine. More miles than I put on my Camry in 2 and a half years, and I thought I drive a lot. Makes sense with you doing Lyft and delivery. I’ve got that issue with the seat releases on my 2010. There should be a way to hook it back in and then it only comes out when I have the trunk full of stuff.
30K miles in 6 months is a lot! You really wear your car out! You make good money though so it's worth it. Smart idea to buy the extended warranty. I just invested my life savings in BANG (Blackberry, AMC, Nokia, Gamestop) shares and I'm super excited.
I find the 8 speed auto in these a bit strange... I test drove a 2018 Camry LE and liked the vehicle overall, but the transmission programming is a bit wonky under moderate acceleration... Maybe it was just that one, idk.
Hey man. I also purchased a 2019 Toyota camry SE. It has 23k miles on it and I been doing lyft and considering doing it full time since I been doing really good on it. Just wanting to see your update and how reliable is the car so far?
My Camry has 71k hard miles on it now and everything is still working well. No problems at all and runs strong like a Toyota should. I still have the original brakes on it. You should be fine because Toyota is the best!
@@Travelingcarguru glad to hear that man. I'm gonna be driving for a full year and since I just got the car I'm paranoid it'll not last me long If I drive it for 40k miles in one year. Glad to hear yours is still running fine
A mixture of both. I love to drive for I accept both short and long rides. I also use this for roadtrips I hate flying therefore don't fly. I have 80k miles on this 2020 Canry now
@@guidedbygreen1480 93k miles on it now and runs very strong. Original brakes are still ok. Got used to the transmission and it doesn't jerk like the 2018 model when it was alot worse. 100k is around the corner
I have an LE and I feel like mine is kind of low accelerating to 30 mph. My old 2007 was way more quiet when it was newer. Is this something you’ve noticed?
@@alvinsimba734 I traded the Camry for a '22 Pathfinder 6 months ago. TheTallMan needed a larger vehicle. Incidentally after 16,000 miles and $10k worth of body repairs after hitting a large deer that Camry never gave me any problems.
You have been telling me that on most of my Camry videos lol so I am going to have to go at the Hyundai dealer and drive one. I do like the styling of the 2021 Sonata and I see them alot lately.
Hyundai look great but are certainly not as good with reliability as Toyota. I needed a engine replacement on a 2018 after 20,000 miles, numerous recalls that are concerning. Hyundai are great for lease people but if you are long term I would never recommend long term
I have 95k miles on it now and still runs strong. No leaks or anything odd. The key is to do the oil change every 5k miles and using the correct oil which 0w-16 . Don't follow that 10k bs the Toyota dealer wants, they are full of crap
No it isn't you Panda, that's Toyota's D4 Fuel Injection technology. Multi Port Injection and Direct Injection all in one. When it's on the Direct Injection mode with the 1,000 psi high pressure fuel pump is activated, it makes that loud noise that sounds like knocking but it's not and it's normal. The car has 100k miles and runs great

There was a special at that particular Toyota dealership and it has 10 year 100k warranty already included

The 8 speed autos in these 2018-2021 Camrys are known for being wonky. That's why I chose a 2021 Corolla over a 2021 Camry.
wooo, i got a 2021 se and it has prop rod. toyota went a step back
I had the same thing happen to me at 500 miles it jerked/jolt hasn’t happened since then I’m at 1300 miles now.
They do say that from 2020 they are not as good a car as the 210 to 2019. so look around for other makes from 2020 onwards.
That's a bit wrong. It's known that toyota camry had a high oil consumption from 2010-2019. They fixed that issue from any new model from 2019
