hello girly! i just found your channel and loved this video! im an RN and currently work beside on a cardiac floor and it is definitely worth it. yes there are tough days and people can die, but you’ll find out that it’s actually very hard to kill someone lol. i think the team aspect of working in the hospital makes it a lot better, there will always be a coworker, charge nurse or provider that you can badger with questions to make sure your patient is being well advocated for. i wish you the best on this journey!! may allah make it easy for you, Ameen.

the best thing for your sleep schedule is consistency. I have a naturally late circadian rhythm so I take melatonin at 10pm, which gets me to sleep around 12, and I wake up 7.30. I do it every day. Once you fall into the habit and find your ideal length of sleep it becomes easy and it becomes so much easier to focus and have the energy to do things.

I think I might also have a late circadian rhythm 😭 for as long as I remember I couldn’t sleep early unless I was exhausted. Can you get dependent on the melatonin though?

@@fatimazahrah3995 nah, all it's doing is kickstarting the sleeping process earlier. I don't even take it every night these days and have no dependency issues. You can get hangovers from them if you take too much though so when you first start you gotta find where your dose is. Most people will be around 2-4mg, highest you can go is 10mg. You can't overdose on it either so it's a pretty safe thing to experiment with

Love please don’t put music on your videos as Muslim you’re gaining sins and your fellow Muslims are also gaining sins :(
Your actions are not helping us
I really wanted to support you and follow you
I was genuinely so interested by your content but just by liking your videos (which contains music) I’ll gain sins and I really don’t wanna make اللّٰهَ angry
I hope you’re gonna stop putting music we can help each other out !
May اللّٰهَ make it easy for you 🫶
