yes, I was able to do it myself by ordering a computer flash kit with the speakers. once done with the install I sent the tool back to the company and received a partial credit back
@@anthonyinfantolino9364 wiring wasn’t too bad. Had to take the tank off, then run the wiring down the back bone…It came as a kit and had everything needed. Thanks for watching
Question: did you have to flash the system to make the bag speakers work? I have a new install on bags and they are not working. Did not add nothing else but speakers
Yes, it requires a flash so your stock radio will recognize the rear speakers . I believe Harley does this on purpose to get extra cash from their customers. I was able to flash myself by renting a flash tool from the company I bought the speakers from. Good luck I hope you get them up and running soon. I have been following Volunteer audio here on UA-cam, tons of do it yourself videos.
Hi my friend ! I need help, i have this bike with rear speakers, and amplifier and 54amp stator with rectifier… but charging 13 volt !!! On stop… i dont under stand, your bike is ok with this configuration ? Or my bike is bad ? Tks for your help, i am very desperate

Where did you get the wiring harness from to go to the rear speakers
I bought the kit from volunteer audio. It included the backbone harness.
they sound great and i heard that they are special as the sound waves keep up with you as you ride at higher speeds!

not really sure what you are asking. My bike seems fine with this set up.. if you are charging 13+ volts at idle you should be ok
