Will you consider using less plastic in the packaging in the future? I noticed some of the items don't go up to 5xl. Are you planning on expanding this? Thank you :)
I would like to know why the embroidery quality is so inconsistent. My 1st embroidered sweatsuit set had clean embroidery with no threads poking out and the backing trimmed. Second order was a long sleeve tee and the fleece shorts. The embroidery backing wasn’t cleaned up and trimmed at all on the shirt and both started to unravel. I had to had fix it so it wouldn’t come loose. The last embroidered item I ordered the signature embroidery on the sleeve was disappointing. There’s gaps in the lines where the shirt fabric is poking through. When it’s done well it looks great. The inconsistency bothers me.
They won’t address us pointing out the inconsistencies. They add cost to the blanks too, we’re overpaying for the blanks on top of the cost they add for the service and we get careless effort in the product. On top of this the product sits around for two weeks collecting dust before they mail it
Hey when will Printful provide a 14 by 14 (full image) PUFF PRINT on SHIRTS, HOODIES AND SWEAT PANTS. I need bigger images. Also Bigger Embroidery images. Last Question: what T-shirt, Hoodie, and pants GARMENTS do Printful provide that gives you the best DTG Print Quality? For my brand I want all of your best quality garments.
Hey! Large embroidery for T-shirts is available for text and clipart collections. The reason why it's not available for custom files is because we want to ensure your embroidery design is not heavier than the garment itself. Large custom embroideries tend to be heavy and will stretch out t-shirt fabric resulting in bad quality. As for puff prints, 3D pff embroidery is already available. 🙂 We believe that all of our products should offer the best quality and outcome. We test our products vigorously before launching them and only offer printing techniques if they pass our tests. However, there are exceptions to this. If a cotton is too thick, it can absorb more of the ink and result in a faded look. So if I did a puff print with your text collection, I can cover majority of the front print of a shirt? Also I have embroidery images that shouldn’t be no heavier than the text or clip art Printful offers. But I respect it. Printful has been great for me in helping grow my business. Thank you.

Just had a customer buy a hat, the quality was like they didn’t care to match the logo. Used the wrong color , didn’t fill the edges. I just lost money refunding them. Very doubtful in Printful, which i was relying on because the cheapest machine I can get for my business is 7,000. Our budget is $500 . Only a few months old, this damaged my brand more than Printful as this is one of my initial customers
