I’ve been learning this about manifesting. You cannot hold onto it so much. You have to trust the universe is leading you where you need to go, listen to the signs, follow your gut. Etc.

When you say the words, “truer version of you”, it is the singular time during this video while facing directly at the camera, that your eyes look away, and they look precisely at your left hand, palm up. It was if you were being SO honest with yourself, if not us, that you momentarily placed your “self” in the palm of your hand, and asked it, indirectly, what your TRUE self is. That is beautiful, human, and evolution. Without critical analysis, especially of self, we wouldn’t exist, and eons of our predecessors wouldn’t either. But again, we can understand the need for balance, we can preach it, discuss it, search for it, approach it, but it seems to catalyze as more profound self doubt, most often when your confidence of position is challenged in cryptic ways. “Water water everywhere, and not a drop to drink.”

Your videos you seem like a really genuine person. I had a problem with one of your agents at the metamorphic program. I had something come up in my life with my wife. She was involved in a car accident so I didn’t have money to make the investment to become part of the program, and I was met with passive aggressive comments about how I should’ve let them know because somebody else could’ve needed the help that I would’ve gotten. my wife is in the hospital so I didn’t have time. It’s been really crazy lately and I didn’t think to let Nyguyen know until the last minute. This turns me off from ever wanting to join the programs. I will continue to watch the video I appreciate your time I guess I’m just on my own out here

This is great if you want to let go, also known as quitting, but detrimental to goals and dreams. So know what to detach from and what to let go of, because you can accidentally give up on your dreams and now installed this data into your subconscious that quitting on your goals if fine, and so getting rid of that mental "coding" is next to impossible, but still possible. It's like giving up addiction. Forming habits around unhealthy things that satisfy you emotionally are the hardest to get rid of, contrary to adding healthy habits with delayed gratifications are far less enjoyable, hence harder to adapt to. Your mind is design to take the easy route to comfort. Its goal is to survive and stay put. Your mind is so well-designed to do this, that it makes adapting to change a lot harder. The best way to change is by relocating. Relocating far enough. But for some of us it's not ideal, or not optional. Making it harder to add changes to current situations. Relocating is a fresh, blank slate. How can a drug addict quit if they remain in the same location. This is why many relapse when leaving the cleaning centers, and go back to old environments, with influence, and so on. Making it impossible to change, unless isolated from the world. Isolation and or relocation is key to change. But then again, maybe you've been isolated, and changed, but can't relocate. Now what? Problem solve. Find ways out. Relax, know that you'll figure it out. If you can think it, it's possible, because you can't think of the impossible. So find your way out. Seek info, seek knowledge, see what others have done, gain it all, bundle all the data like ingredients, and make your recipe, follow it to the tee, and act on it.

There is a large segment of the population that grew up in a hostile environment. This inserts a subconscious/background feeling of, “I wish this could work for me.” and they turn away from the help. Or start with a defeatist attitude and quit at the first difficulty. The trouble is that it is a feeling and not a thought. With thoughts a CBT can be set up, with feelings it is invisible and in the back of the mind.

The easiest way to understand how "detachment" is life changing is in your way of speaking.
Try to speak by controlling your words, your tone, and trying to be the best to impress people.
And then try just letting go completely, your words will flow, you will be inspired, and you will be a much better speaker for sure.
Why ? Because you don't care, you're focusing on the message you're sharing not to impress people around.
I like to just speak and let god / universe speak freely through me, hope it makes sense.
