When I visited ‪@Wolkowinski‬ this year I realised that this cheap alternative for Indian Clubs was actually a great thing to show in a video. I'd swung and seen them before, but I get messages all the time from people who want to know a cheaper alternative than wooden clubs. Wooden Indian Clubs are expensive and to get into the practice before investing a lot of money can be a good option. in this video Paul describes how he created these cheap Indian clubs with a wooden rod and a tennis ball. I poured concrete into a 200 ml PET Bottle and inserted a stick to it... Though isn't a perfect club yeah it swings well! 😍💯

You could buy washers and tape those on the end of dowel before placing the ball over it for additional weight. I personally do not use the balls but I do tape washers using baseball tape (I think hockey tape is similar and should work too)
