Actually the missing person quests give you a legendary weapon. You could have had it done before the end of the game. This game rewards people who do side quests before the main quest.

If they make a DLC, (y'know, like you mentioned near the start of the ending of the game), I think we'd like to see you play it, or if they make Dead Island 3, ahem, "in 3 years" then that would also be very exciting. All I'm really trying to say here is, if they make an extension, or a sequel, I bet you'll play it. We could see how much you loved playing the game. And I bet everyone else loved it as well. I remember getting to the ending and think alright let’s do this pulled out my guns and destroyed him and thought that can’t be it all that build up to that the game is a lot of fun to play and the weapons are cool I just wish they did better with the ending
Maybe this could just be a theory but what if the reason why sam b is being affected by the virus now all of a sudden is because the virus that plagued LA is different from the one on the island sam was stuck on so since he's immune to the virus from the island he's not immune to the one in LA cause it's different and the reason why it took so long to show affects is because of the mutation he has that allows him to be immune to the island virus also the only reason why Amy is immune is because she hasn't be in contact with the island virus just la virus.
the breakout on banoi was from the kuru disease, the autophage isn't a disease its genetic... sam's immunity to the banoi breakout only slowed the autophage in him and it accumulated and compounded over several bites throughout the game... the player character for di2 isn't even immune they are a genetic hybrid
I love this game and I was watching your play through from day one ever sense the first upload and I forced myself to avoid all spoilers and others play through of it so I can just watch yours with no clue what might happen next or what's gonna happen and Everything and I stayed true to it always waiting for that next upload checking almost daily it's sad that it's finally coming to an end but happy that I stayed true and stuck to your series and that at least I could watch it and it happened

I'm just hoping in the updates that we can change fixed perks and unlock the perks and mods to change them how we want...I thought they unlock post-game turns out they're just unchangeable...sucks legendaries have awesome perks and fixed perks yet somehow cannot reach power 600 and have terrrible stats smh THEY NEED TO "FIX" THOSE ISSUES next updates surely

It's funny how so many characters are glad the apocalypse came, also kinda weird that your player never gives the data from reeds lab to the other characters like the seismologist
