Smaller single hook with pink fluff. Got bites with cured roe too. Trick is to get ur presentation in the deep part closest to the east bank of the River.
You're welcome. I love encouraging newcomers and people who don't know where to go. It seems fewer people these days are getting out and enjoying what really matters, the experience. I sure hope people don't run into you very often, as im sure your one of those people that try to ruin the experience for them. Wish you nothing but snagged lines and lost fish. ..l..
theres a much better spot further up the river but its hard to find... you have to walk up the trial on the side of the river he's fishing on and find a side trial up near the suspension bridge on the right. i always find theres very little people there.
Its a nice river and it's not as easy as you think to catch these cohos. But with time and effort you will get a couple to bite. Showing the area off doesn't promote snagging. Its a busy river to begin with, it's not a secret. Help the people around you and it will go a long way. Give them attitude and i'm pretty sure they will have no respect for others as well. Help the people see in from your perspective if you truly care for the river like you say you do. Nice video.
Because getting tangled is always their fault and not because you low-holed them with your waders, skill and sense of entitlement? You were a rookie once too - give them a chance to learn on-location and nicely explain what they could do to improve and avoid tangles. If you want a secluded place to go fish - leave the city limits or scale the cliffs where most are afraid to go. I'm a peaceful and friendly person, but cut my line and you will end up in the river with your teeth folded back.
Hopefully snagger dont watch this video. You relies the only thing you are encouraging is more foul hooked fish and more garbage on the river bank. Well done!
I really wish the internet was not invented. So many great fishing spots have been ruined from the internet. And prime example, many people come down with their 35.00 rod from walmart that is 6ft long, trying to float fish in a river from shore cause they are too cheap to by waders or have a proper river rod. Learn the proper techniques before coming out. I just cut lines of people who tangle in mine cause they dont know how to fish.
Such a beautiful river and nice run too .!

Hopefully no one relies on your spelling.
lol what do you expect when the river's close to BC's biggest city...glad I don't live there and I get to fish less crowded flows
Gtfo my video's, and don't send me messages. With an attitude like yours, there's no counter argument. Grow up.
