Sir my husband diagnosed with AML .In DNA sequencing 64% is RUNX1 mutation.In that report they mentioned as per ELN guidelines RUNX1 mutation associated with adverse prognosis’. But in your video RUNX 1 mutation is not adverse category. Can you give detail explanation about it ?
