That’s super exciting! I would say it’s kind of pocketable. Big pockets, and jacket pockets can definitely fit the S9 with the 28mm Brighton Star or the 26mm LUMIX lens. The 18-40 I haven’t tried yet, will be a bit harder but with big jacket pockets it should be possible hahah - I just use a clip on my belt, makes it quick and easy to grab the camera as well.
Haven’t had a chance to use them yet, but from all I’ve seen they look like fantastic lenses to pair with the S9. If I find some on the used market I’ll definitely get one.
I grabbed one, the plan is for B roll or times when taking my a7iv is just too much of a chore, not really into the 18-40 though I'm too spoilt with all my fast Sony primes. I have ordered the Lumix 18mm 1.8 though as I feel it will make this feel most like my a7iv with the 20mm 1.8 G
Definitely keen to see a video on some smaller lens options for the s9!

what you think about the sigma I-series primes for the s9?

Thats great, yeah 18-40 is not for everyone, especially because of how dark of a lens it is. The 18mm f1.8 is one of my favorites, great choice!
a 20-40 f4 would be great for this camera
Yeah I actually would be really happy with a constant aperture but slightly tighter focal length as well 👊🏻

For photos, Streetwise-C for this video itself it’s Phantom LUTs
How's the audio with external mic? Does it have cricket like sound?
Audio is totally fine, especially if you pair it either a good Rode shotgun or wireless lava. I use the Hollyland Lark Max.
