I updated my maps this way, now it’s saying my maps isn’t activated ? I thought the activation comes with the update? How do I activate it now ?
Check the files. You should have file called license which is an activator for maps.
How can you get the speed limit sign on map? I have Audi A7 and it doesn’t show on the MMI screen but only on cluster.
i had it already in my car..do not needed to enable.. whats your MMI version? maybe you have got different MMI, lik Mib2 (MHI2 firmware version)
I have installed the maps ,but after reboot it does not show TMC ok and the system shows the vehicle in a different location to where it is any ideas?
take the car for little ride :) should find gps signal and your current location.
Ok thanks will give that a go. On the sat nav screen the orientation and scroll tabs are greyed out if that helps.
How can I connect external charger? So the update can be done using only house electricity instead of the car gas
you'll need charger like this: www.screwfix.com/p/rac-rac-hp026-12a-battery-charger-6-12v/2151r which need to be connected to the special spots under the bonnet.
