My hair care tips video for how to go longer without washing your hair and make your hairstyle last through the week is now LIVE!! :) Here's the link! ua-cam.com/video/izaoABz2Tls/v-deo.html
I am so sick of that Gucci belt. So glad you said you don't spend a lot. I get sick of youtubers who act as if everyone owns Chanel, Jimmy Choo and Gucci. $350 for a belt....I can afford, but I like food more.
Maria Varela yup it does, like one is "new money" and they just came into money and don't know what to do with it and want to show the world they have money, I like to live like old money lol, everything is quality but you can't tell where I got it from...also old money people are the most frugal there is...that's why they have money
@@JessicaNeistadt Hi Jessica! Please if you get a chance, can you tell me where you got the Dinosaur Skull?? I've been looking for a good one for my room but i just cant find one that looks good like yours.
I would add to the picking out outfits the night before: using an app to catalogue your clothes. I keep track of what I wear each day, and then I have a folder of favorite outfits saved!
Cardigans and blazers go a long way too! And scarves! Sometimes a simple outfit and a beautiful accent scarf can spice things up! Also, loved all your tips! You can still look dashing for half the price!😊🙌🏽
Great video and amazing tips! I really like that you don't push spending hundreds of dollars on designer pieces, while many of them (like that Gucci belt) will be fashionable only for a year or so.
Thank you!! 😊 I am all about styling on a budget and investing in quality pieces when it's time, but I definitely don't think you need to spend a lot of money to look good!
Jessica Neistadt I have a black linen button down dress. It's my go to outfit when I'm too tired to put in any effort in styling. It's chic and timeless. Its super versatile. I can wear it with sneakers, sandals, or add a skinny belt and heels if I need to look fancy.
I also recommend silk cami's and accessories like watches or sunglasses to level up an outfit. Silk cami's are so comfy and give your outfit a more polished look. You can find an inexpensive one from Zara's or invest in a quality one from Grana.
I have the same issue. one thing that helps is curling your have 18 to 24 hours after washing it. for my oiling hair that's how long it take for it to get "dirty" enough so that it holds the curl. also curl small sections at a time, it takes longer but it's worth it. after curling your whole head, late it cool for a few mins (5 to 10 mins) and use a flexible hold hairspray. if the hair spray to too heavy it'll weight your hair down. then run your fingers or a wide tooth comb through, if you want the curls to be looser. curling my middle length hair take about 45 mins. once it's curled it'll last about a day or two. typically on the second day I wear it in a ponytail. since it's time consuming I don't curl my hair often
How do you keep your hair unwashed for a whole week? Mine would be dripping in oil lol I guess it depends on hair texture, I have very thin and fine hair
I have a video up on the front of my channel called "How to Go a Week Without Washing Your Hair" :) it has all my tips and tricks for maintaining your hairstyle throughout the week!
I used to wash my hair every day years ago and started trying to get it to last longer because I was sick of it. Tomorrow will make two weeks since I washed my hair. Dot get me wrong, it's in a pony tail at this point but it makes your life SOOOOO much easier. I also have very thick curly hair that's down to my butt 😂
Literally in my early 30s over here learning so much. 😅 I grew up with fashion magazines giving the most ridiculous trend-driven advice targeted to people with $$$. Love this channel!
First video of yours I've seen and am won over because of the replica dinosaur skull in the back... I love the couple of sweatshirt material blazers I have; comfy but look good. Scarves always add dimension too.
You could always get bangs or pull down some "baby hairs" from the ponytail to draw attention away from your forehead. I have a huge forehead as well 😣
I am so happy to find someone here who says they cannot justify spending large amounts of money for fashion accessories.... Amen to that you got me there 🙏
I didn’t check through all the comments yet but I do have a tip for wrinkled clothes. I use a wrinkle released. You spray it on your clothes and then just smooth them out and hang them up for a couple of minutes. It really works.
Ha! Loved this. I’ve watched many a video in this genre but your was brilliant - like having a chat over a cuppa with my sassy and smart little sister. Brilliant!!
Jessica Neistadt actually im not a pro but my mum told me some tips and tricks that makes ironing so super fast! That's why I would prefer ironing ^-^ but thanks!
Subscribed! After watching this video and seeing how realistic and true you are. I’ll never break the bank just to look good, because I believe we all need to work with why we got. Thank you for your tips! Good job
Great tips. One question: this may be an old fashioned way but I was taught that lines go with lines and curves go with curves. No problem in changing it up but it should only be one or the other at the same time. Example: the stripes on your shirt should not be worn with round hoop earrings, round glasses, round pendant and a round buckle. The stripes look better with accessories with lines. What is your opinion? Or is it time for me to change mine? Thanks.
This helped me SO much! I'm a trainer and I LIVE it fitness apparel, so I really struggle when it comes to "real" fashion and how to dress for my body. Going to save this one!
Yay, u kept your intro!! But i am not really having an amazing day. After school i opened my backpack and my phone was gone. I looked everywhere!! I went to the office and I found it. I really love you and your videos. These tips were amazing
Good luck with your dinner, lol good tips. One of my tips and problems is finding jeans that last, and fit right and comfortable. Im 5ft and kinda the same as you. It makes it hard for me to find jeans lol.
I just stumbled upon this video-I know it’s been a while since you posted it, but I have to say you remind me of Vanessa Hudgens! You don’t necessarily look a lot like her, but I think it’s the eyebrows and the facial expressions. 🙂 Great video!
i wash my hair 2/3 times a week, but i reckon i could go a week without washing! mine is super thick so it doesn't get oily easily (unless its short) and i usually just wash it more often because all my friends wash theirs literally every day :')
Thank you love!! :) Coming up in the next few weeks I'm planning on doing a video on how to dress for our kind of body type because it can be so hard to figure out! I'm just not sure what to call it... How to Dress For a Petite Curvy Body Type? How to Dress For a Petite Busty Body Type? Any thoughts on it or maybe ideas for what specific topics / tips to mention in the video? :)
Your personality is so refreshing girl! I cracked up when you said turtlenecks make you look like an eggplant 😂 But on a serious note, thank you so much for sharing these tips! I definitely pam to utilize them. Especially the accessorizing 🙌🏾
Do More videos like this and hair videos and maybe makeup videos as well and thrift shopping video? I would love to see how u come up with your outfit ideas if you dont have a videos like tht before. This is my time on your channel and You did a great job on this.
hack for if you have a shirt that needs ironed but you don’t have time... make wrinkle spray! it’s 1 part fabric softener and 2 parts water. just spray it on your clothes and flatten it out and in 30 seconds you’re good to go👍🏼
I live in Florida so it's really hot where I live right now and I can't stand wearing a jacket/coat/cardigan as my third layer. Would an accessory be counted as a third layer?
So it ended up being a little later than I anticipated, but I just shared that video if you want to check it out :) it's the most recent upload on my channel!! x
So astounded with the surprise tagalog tho. I love it! Can you do a video about transitioning from shampooed and washed hair everyday to every other day? My hair gets too oily when I dont wash it and I get a lot of dandruff. I have tried some shampoos or scalp treatment but it doesnt seem to work on me. 💔 maybe you can help ❤️ regardless i love your vids ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Are those prescription glasses on top of your head or also an accessory? (I don't do eye make-up because I don't think it goes well with my eyeglasses BUT you rockin' that make-up PLUS prescription glasses??? Wow)
I actually can go without washing my hair for a week. But of course when people give me complaints I say but don't get to close and smell it 😂 though I do use those dry shampoos. And I have a lot of thick hair sooo it definitely works if you have that type of hair. Usually w thin hair it's very noticeable as it gets oily.

What brand is your steamer, Hun?
I love your idea of having one 😍
I am so sick of that Gucci belt. So glad you said you don't spend a lot. I get sick of youtubers who act as if everyone owns Chanel, Jimmy Choo and Gucci. $350 for a belt....I can afford, but I like food more.
Same!!
Legacy of Pretty that’s because you’re smart and I agree with you 👍😊
It's also an ugly belt imo... very visible branding looks like you're trying too hard ;-)
And vacations and experiences!
Maria Varela yup it does, like one is "new money" and they just came into money and don't know what to do with it and want to show the world they have money, I like to live like old money lol, everything is quality but you can't tell where I got it from...also old money people are the most frugal there is...that's why they have money
Lol I keep getting distracted by that dinosaur skull hahahaha
Hahaha I'm so sorry! I just think it's so neat, I have to keep it in my filming corner lolol
Jessica Neistadt it’s awesome 😆👍
Thanks for making me notice it. Now I'm distracted too LMAO 😂😂😂
Me too, lol
@@JessicaNeistadt Hi Jessica! Please if you get a chance, can you tell me where you got the Dinosaur Skull?? I've been looking for a good one for my room but i just cant find one that looks good like yours.
Jessica: "I went ten days without doing my hair" me: styles my hair in the morning. *one hour later hair turns into lions mane*
I would add to the picking out outfits the night before: using an app to catalogue your clothes. I keep track of what I wear each day, and then I have a folder of favorite outfits saved!
This is a great tip! Love it :)
What app do you use??
What app do you use??
Sarah Farris which app do u use ?
Please tell us what app you use
She just left us all hanging with the app how dare you
Cardigans and blazers go a long way too! And scarves! Sometimes a simple outfit and a beautiful accent scarf can spice things up! Also, loved all your tips! You can still look dashing for half the price!😊🙌🏽
Ooooh, yes girl! Definitely agree :) love this tip!
Thank you! xo
Jessica Neistadt 😄💕
I'm a big cardigan and blazer girl.
Tip # 5: choose outfit the night before... I do this occasionally, but always change my mind to wear something else the following day 🤣🤣🤣
Great video and amazing tips! I really like that you don't push spending hundreds of dollars on designer pieces, while many of them (like that Gucci belt) will be fashionable only for a year or so.
Thank you!! 😊
I am all about styling on a budget and investing in quality pieces when it's time, but I definitely don't think you need to spend a lot of money to look good!
Do you guys have any good tips that you use to always look good or put together? :) Share them below! x
Jessica Neistadt I use that tuck in method so much, or sometimes I'll make a little knot if I'm wearing a basic top👌🏼👌🏼
I always do my makeup 💄 & If you have a great bag/purse...it pulls the whole look together
Jessica Neistadt I have a black linen button down dress. It's my go to outfit when I'm too tired to put in any effort in styling. It's chic and timeless. Its super versatile. I can wear it with sneakers, sandals, or add a skinny belt and heels if I need to look fancy.

Not over the top simple yet elegant style....
How do you do the front tuck correctly? I always try to do it and end up making the tuck too small or tight lol
I'll feature how to in an upcoming style video :)
Awesome! Thank you!
When I curl my hair it lasts like two minutes and then it’s straight
Same...
So nice to see someone like you who is proud to be a Filipino. Mahal ka din namin! Such a humble person. Ingat ka! Mabuhay! 😘🇵🇭
Hey I don’t know if this is good advice. However my advice is to plan outfits whenever you have free time at home.
How do you keep your hair unwashed for a whole week? Mine would be dripping in oil lol I guess it depends on hair texture, I have very thin and fine hair

Loved this! Great tips! 💗 the accessorize tip makes a huge difference! Plus I always add at least one piece of jewelry💕
This is unrealistic for someone that woks out everyday 😭 I have to wash my hair everyday
I have hacks for you girl!! Coming soon 🙂💛
Jammy jam Jamon I wash my hair every other day. Or even washing with only conditioner.
Yaeh or someone with short hair.
It’s not easy with someone with psoriasis...
I know! I have SUPER oily skin and my hair looks 4 days unwashed in 24 hours.
Literally in my early 30s over here learning so much. 😅 I grew up with fashion magazines giving the most ridiculous trend-driven advice targeted to people with $$$. Love this channel!
I just recently started watching your videos. I LOVE them. Your tips are so helpful and realistic. Thank you!
First video of yours I've seen and am won over because of the replica dinosaur skull in the back... I love the couple of sweatshirt material blazers I have; comfy but look good. Scarves always add dimension too.
Ahh the tips are so good😍💘 and you look so amazing in this video! Love the right choice of accessories 👌🏼🤩💗
Lol i cant put my hair in a ponytail cuz my forehead is so big..
You could always get bangs or pull down some "baby hairs" from the ponytail to draw attention away from your forehead. I have a huge forehead as well 😣
YAS I love layering and wearing expensive looking pieces. Look fresh without breaking the bank. Great vid girl!
I am so happy to find someone here who says they cannot justify spending large amounts of money for fashion accessories.... Amen to that you got me there 🙏

OMG THAT T-REX SKULL!!! 😍😍😍
but i dont need more than 2 min to iron my shirt... why should i steam it for 3-5 min? anyways great video! awesome tips!
Thank you so much!! :) you sound like an ironing pro- I wish I could iron that fast and efficiently!
Jessica Neistadt actually im not a pro but my mum told me some tips and tricks that makes ironing so super fast! That's why I would prefer ironing ^-^ but thanks!
WolfsQueen steamers are also good for certain Pieces that you don't wanna iron. Float chiffon tops with beads, silk, blazers etc
You can steam an Item in 30 seconds sometimes , after os hot is super fast
Love the intro clip. The retro TV idea was really cool
Subscribed! After watching this video and seeing how realistic and true you are. I’ll never break the bank just to look good, because I believe we all need to work with why we got. Thank you for your tips! Good job

Mine is 5 max!
If you add one extra piece to each outfit, it will definitely spice it up! Like if you have a T-shirt and jeans, add a fun jacket!
Great tips. One question: this may be an old fashioned way but I was taught that lines go with lines and curves go with curves.
