I must say, when you mentioned putting on some jewelry and lipstick, I realized it does make someone's appearance look classy and put together. I've always wondered how someone looked so good with just plain shirt and jeans, and now that I think about their whole look, they do appear so put together and have almost all of the things you've mentioned. I'm on a journey on self development at the moment, and I'm looking for ways to improve my appearance as much as my inner self and my way of thinking. Watching videos like this really helps me to improve a little each day and I'm learning to appreciate myself more.

Not to be dramatic but tucking in shirts literally changed my life!! (Well, my style life, anyway.) I wear a lot of basic tees and jeans, and I feel so much more put-together and cute when I tuck my shirt in. You've also gotten me looking at Sezane, and a blouse from there will definitely be one of my investment purchases.
We have VERY different styles (I'm on the gothic/edgy side of things), but I really love hearing your tips and I can still relate to them!
For example, having perfectly painted black nails always makes me feel really put together 🖤
My closet is 90% black 10% neutral!

Teeth often get overlooked in fashion tip videos, but a brilliant smile really adds to one's appeal as it's one of the first things people notice about someone. Excellent and holistic tips! That sounds like you‘re surprised... just remember, in the 60s the elderly were shocked about the new mini skirts and bikinis and even in ancient Greece Socrates complained about the way the younger generations dressed. Younger generations have never dressed less classy than the ones before - just differently.

True. And I haven't been able to figure out what hairstyle suits me best as my face shape is really weird. It looks round from front but oval from side so idk what exactly it is n can't even find anything online 😭

thank you for the tips! a drop or two of tea tree oil on top of your toothbrush (with toothpaste already on) gives amazingly fast results for whitening (almost as quick as doing it for several days) and is also a good sanitizer!

Great tips! I also like to keep a mini lint roller in my handbag. Removing pet hair, lint etc. really makes a difference.

I am a lot older then you, but everything you mentioned is so important to keep up your appearance, I always wear lipstick, jewelry, take care of nails too, especially when I leave my home. I notice many women either care and take pride in their appearance or they don’t. You give wonderful tips, and I am going to binge your videos.
No matter how older and wiser LOL we will become, we must take care of ourselves, and grow old gracefully, take care of our skin too, believe me it pays off in our older years. From the age of 20 I used skincare, and always took care of my skin, it now thanks me, no wrinkles and I still don’t even need foundation. What we do in this decade will help us in the next decade xo

Just what I needed to see, been feeling stuck in a rut great simple tips.
A TBS of olive oil swished in your mouth for about 5 minutes every day will dramatically whiten your teeth. (Google oil pulling) It only takes about 3 days to see a difference. Licking your lips is a sign of dehydration.
This is really works, I did everything listed except whiten my teeth and jewelry(I have a really bad allergy to jewelry from most material,even the one labeled hypoallergenic still made my ears sore and swollen). Love the way to talk girl 💙

Nail polish tip: use UV gel polish, it looks super luxurious and stays on for 2 to 3 weeks before it starts chipping!

It’s probably the sanding of the nail beds to ensure the gel adheres properly. This weakens nails and lets the chemicals in, which warp the nail beds. I also find that the gels polishes suffocate the nail bed. We should never wear polish all the time. Nails need to breathe and be nourished with lotion, hand cream or petroleum jelly, etc., the greasier the better for a natural healthy nail. Have you ever noticed that after you make pie crusts(Crisco) or form hamburger patty’s(beef fat), that your nails do better for a week or two? Polish or Gels should only be worn for special occasions, otherwise they dry the nail bed and tips of nails. If you’re having problems with tips of nails chipping, this is why. Using finger nail clippers also cause peeling of the nail tips. Finger nail files are better and only go in one direction. Acetones also take natural oils from our nails. I tend to use the non acetone polish remover, it takes longer to remove polish, but it is more gentle to your nails.
craftqueen417 I do it myself at home and never file the surface of the nails. They are weaker of course but it doesn’t worsen - and it doesn’t matter : I haven’t worn naked nails once for the past 3 yrs. Never liked their form but now they always look good! And I enjoy the process. Home gel manicure is of the best discoveries I’ve made honestly, I guess everyone chooses their own sacrifice and to me personally it’s oh so worth it. :)
Tip from the dermatologist I work for:
Apply a broad spectrum sunscreen to your hands before UV gel manicure.
Don’t want to end up with a skin cancer or photo aging on yourself fingers...

I have super wide hips and it makes me look too voluptuous which is not the effect I want to portray. When I wear long form fitting shirts it accentuates my waist and gives me a more slimming effect.
