We had to! The Hyper Pro WOULD NOT be possible without our OG Nordic Hyper customers. So making sure they get as many of the updates as possible was a must :)
Such an amazing design. So many machines built into one. I am definitely purchasing one. Version 3 needs an integrated storage holder for the leg curl attachment when storing everything upright. Cannot wait to use it! Liked and subbed.
Thank you Stew! That's an interesting idea - We actually looked into it, but found it wasn't feasible due to the weight. However, the Leg developer does store vertically on its own! The Hyper takes up 22" x 23" while when you put the Leg Developer next to it, they take up 30" x 23". Super excited for you!
So awesome! New GHD pad looks amazing, among other new things. I personally don't have weight-plates in my homegym, as you know, but it is very cool that you added the upper-body mode for those who have! And I gotta compliment the very clever leg-extension handle mode, with just inserting them into the existing handles on the machine, very clever. You guys have outdone yourself once again, and all the adjustability of the leg-curl & leg-extension is amazing. Though, you didn't show the potential lateral-raises by standing on the machine and using the straps, done at your own risk. xD Ps. I also dig the new purple knob on the back.
Thank you so much for the kind words! FYI for the Upper Body mode, you could get something like uclips.co/ to load dumbells on. That's something Yogi does since he also doesn't have plates. I'll give the lat raises a try, at my own risk!
Mine just arrived, bf is setting it up for us right now, I’m SO EXCITED!!! I do have a question though. I haven’t looked through absolutely everything I can do with this in detail yet but I’m wondering if there’s a way to use it to do glute kickbacks? Is there a place you would recommend attaching a resistance band to? Or is there a way to do them once the leg developer attachment arrives? Also do you recommend having a mat underneath the machine when in use to protect flooring? Thanks so much, this thing is so perfect to use in our small apartment 😊
I can't wait for you to start training!!! We don't officially support glute kickbacks, but you could try it out with the Leg Developer. With that said, I don't think it will work well since the plates largely get in the way. You can attach a resistance band to the front D ring. No need to use a rubber matt since the feet are rubberized!
We just filmed it today! It will be live sometime next week. You can see a photo of the original Nordic Hyper + Pro Uprade vs the Hyper Pro here: photos.app.goo.gl/rNAZjZ6hh7xTqdRs9
Just a note as we set ours up, on the pdf instructions step 4 and 6 say step 3, so not sure if we are just confused about something, but may want someone to review the instructions and possibly make an edit 😅
Now I'm wishing I wasn't such an early adopter. I got the OG version, which is still great, but now I have upgrade FOMO :( And yes, I did get the upgrade kit of course 🤣Really looking forward to the new bits. They'll round out my home gym perfectly.
Dude you're the real winner here! You got in early at the best price, used an amazing machine for months, don't need to wait more on preorder, and still get all the best features! You're gonna love it even more now!
@@freakathleteco - got to say, I'm looking forward to these upgrades. Been using the OG one heaps already and love it and based on that experience and this video, I have zero doubt that these upgrades will definitely be worth it. Just November seems so far away...lol
I have the version before this pro version. I have the leg developer on order but would also like to order to pro upgrade kit. Is the leg developer attachment the same for both the pro and the non pro versions?
Would it be possible for you guys to make the upgraded padding available to purchase separate from the rest of the upgrade kit? I'm not interested in the GHD attachment or the base upgrade, I'm only interested in the upgraded padding.
Unfortunately this isn't an official option, but I can make this happen for you! What's your order number or email used to order? I'll reach out directly. -Benji (Founder)
@@freakathleteco I could have sworn I replied to this comment but perhaps I didn't hit the 'Reply' button. I have two order numbers with you guys: 42936 and 41635. One is an open order for the Leg Developer Extension and the other is the original order number for the purchase of the Nordic Hyper. If you need anything else from me please let me know. Thanks.
This is suitable for all levels and ages. All movements can be made more or less difficult by adjusting the incline, height, or weight used. We are finishing up our training library where you can select if you are a beginner, intermediate, or advanced, and see exercises/workouts based on this. A lot of customers use the Hyper to strength into their late 50s and beyond. Let me know if you have any questions!
I know a lot of people joking refer to equipment as being for any age, but this product, it is totally the truth. My 10 year old son does nordics with slight regression on this as well as situps. Meanwhile I have a friend in his 50s who has also come over and used it a few times needing a bit more regression. I'm 38 and am not as good with the nordics as my son, but still do them. I also do decline situps and my son does incline situps. It truly is great no matter your age or experience and can be adjusted to fit your capabilities for sure!
@@dn110 Basically the Hyper sprint means that the front and back bases no longer touch the ground and they are curved to withstand impact. If you have a Nordic Hyper with colored knobs, you already have the Hyper Spring in the front which prevents needing weights for Nordics. Then, you can add the Hyper Spring in the back for GHD movements with the Pro Upgrade Kit. If you have a Nordic Hyper with red or black knobs, this is a slightly earlier version which doesn't have the Hyper Spring in the front. Therefore, while you can't add this to the front, you can still get the stability in the back for GHD movements.
Is there a way those of us with the older versions can get the thingy on the front too? I ordered an upgrade kit, but I didn't know that I was missing an upgrade on the front end. @@freakathleteco
The Hyper Pro doesn't work as a traditional weight bench since it's wider than a normal bench pad, but for something like a floor press, it does work somewhat well. I would not buy the Hyper with benching in mind, you're better off with a traditional bench for this.
For the next iteration. Can we get hydraulic actuators for the front and back. With motion and speed controllers 😅. Always wanted an in house 🐂 riding machine 😉

It's rated to 500 lbs and tested to 1,250 lbs as per ASTM standards. Joe Gray, a fitness reviewer who weighs about 270 lbs, has used the Hyper extensively for over a year. Here is his channel: www.youtube.com/@GrayMatterLifting We've had customers who are 300+ lbs use with no issues whatsoever, though I don't have footage of them offhand. It will hold up just fine for you!
In the UK by law we have to include 20% VAT! So prices end up being 20% more. After dividing price by 1.2 (excluding the 20% VAT), price for the full bundle ends up being exactly the same.
Hey! Sorry for the late reply - what is your email or order number? We've had a lot of questions with the launch and we are a few days behind, but I can pull your question up now. In the USA, Hyper Pros and GHD Attachments ships Sep 30 and the Leg Developer + Upper Body Kit ships November 15!

@@freakathleteco It's still like that !
what is the minimum height to fit in for back extension and GHR / GHD ? my wife is 148cm 🥰🥰
Officially 152 cm. I don't expect she would be able to use it for GHR, but on GHD it should work fine!
Maybe it's a stupid question, but are the horns for vertical storage also suitable for movements like dips?
Very creative! They are not meant for dips and other movements, nor is it safe to do so.
