Unproductive ആകുന്നു ഞാൻ.. Depressive ആകുന്നു..ഇതിൽ നിന്ന് പുറത്തുകടക്കാൻ എനിക്ക് ഈ പ്രശ്നത്തിന് ഒരു പരിഹാരം വേണം.. പക്ഷെ കിട്ടുന്നില്ല..ആർക്കെങ്കിലും സഹായിക്കാൻ ആയാലോ എന്ന് കരുതി ഞാൻ ഇതുപോലെ strangers ന്റെ അടുത്തു പറയും.. പക്ഷെ... 💔

And I am a complete mess as I'm writing this comment. And I've been in that 'auto-pilot mode' for a very long time now. I realize that and I am aware of it and I decide to change. But something, something... Out of the blue comes up and I suddenly lose track. I lose the flow and continue to live the way I lived. And sometimes, I consciously avoid taking actions. But sometimes, when reality hits me, I feel really guilty and takes action. But I have a problem with doing it consistently.
The main problem is that, I am not strict with myself and I let that 'auto-pilot mode' take control over my life whenever something goes wrong, subconsciously. I think I'm serious about it, but I guess I never am. Even if I am, I lose the motivation and flow I have in the beginning, as time goes by. So this time around, after several rounds of self reflection and THIS VIDEO, I swear that I'll definitely do and be better. The questions that you've given after the 'Pause and reflect' part will always be something that I'll think and write about daily and I'll make sure to watch this video as frequently as possible. Bcz whenever I watch your videos, I seriously feel better and get things done as I have a sense of purpose and some of your words that gets stuck in my mind, keeps repeating itself and I'm really grateful for it!
