Cant find Carstream in Andriod Auto

Awesome it shows up now, but now when I open carstream it says "there are no new messages during this drive"

I reached out to the developers and they said it's a known issue with the new version of Android.

I tick the unknown sources, close the developer option and restart phone. Done this 3 time and cant see carsteam
