fantastic approach to polish the fillet. Using a combination of Part+Curves+Surfaces WB made a good result.

In a newer version (39416) I got on 2:43 Exception, Exdrude001 Wire is not closed. In older versions 39100 and 39287 it works fine.

Grrrr when i tried it the boundary surface was incredibly noisy.
