The combination of your advice and the pranicura and I am a 100% new man and I thank you very very much.
Has anyone completed the full 30 days yet? I'm on week 2 and I feel amazing! This has been a journey indeed. I started with a 3 day fast beginning on Sunday. I drank protein shakes to avoid having to have a bm. That part was hard but the anxiety of having a bm was worse. I applied the cream three times a day. By the 4th day my bm was manageable bc I had only been drinking liquids. (And a couple of bananas) to satisfy hunger. The fissure seems to be healing and I have no more pain. The cream gives you a cooling feeling bc it contains menthol but it's better than burning. I can't wait to be totally healed. I still suffer anxiety but I suppose that'll go away when I'm completely healed. I can easily admit I haven't been as delicate with my bum as I should have been. It's amazing what we take for granted. Anyway, sending healing energy to anyone suffering from this horrible condition. Keep the faith, there's a bright light at the end of the tunnel. Some will see it sooner and some will see it later. I'll be back in two weeks for an update and I'm manifesting healing.

I came across your videos as I first searched for hemmarroid relief n yours was first in sight. I am so desperate for relief bcuz yesterday, Monday, I had lapband done on one of hemmarroids in large intestine and boy did it hurt and felt I was in fire after done. I still feel discomfort amd on fire. Ohhh the torture. I don't think I'll go back for next procedure. If anything I'd go back to my first oncologist he did a better job and was more gentle. Didn't feel effects I feel now.

Well i must say this stuff really helps! I had a chronic fissure for over 2 years now and had botox which helped for a couple of months, but wasn’t a cure. This cream has really helped relax my backside. Using the cream along with exercising regularly (or just not sitting down too much), has really decreased the size of my fissure. It is still there but i feel it could disappear if I continue. Thanks Dr

I bought the praniacura cream. I was a little Leary about using it because of the menthol. But I took the leap and used it and it has worked better than all the other creams and so far it has worked really well. Highly recommend the product

It has certainly helped to recover a bit quicker. But once I started the magnesium citrate, I had excessive bleeding for a week. Stopped taking it and bleeding is minimal stopping quickly. Hoping i continue trending closer to normal after that setback. Dr Chung's videos have helped a lot. Still hoping surgery won't be needed.
You're hilarious! I've loved watching your videos. I needed more guidance & these videos have been super helpful. I actually got my Pranicura a few days ago and started using it. I've stopped the Diltiazem as it has petrolatum in it as recommended. I've used it for 5 weeks with no progress. So now I'm really hoping this works! I started using Pranicura a few weeks ago and it has really helped me with my flare up’s! In a way this has made me feel less anxious about going to the bathroom because I know I have something that can help me. The period in which I use it has definitely widened! I bought 2 and keep one in my bag as well! 😁

@@Julia-xf5ps since I have continued my physical therapy and used Pranicura for my flare ups I have noticed a huge difference. Not as much pain as before and longer gap between my flar ups. I also had to change my life style a bit, but I am in a much better place! :)

@@Julia-xf5ps No problem!! Yes I did have fissures. My hemmys are external. I thought I had an internal one, but I believe it was my muscles that made it feel that way,since I continued my physical therapy it has subsided quite a bit. I hope the product works for you!
I supposedly have a fissure and have had to take much time out of work bc of the pain! My gastroenterologist even had a compound cream made for but made the pain worse. I ordered this a while back for what I thought was hemorrhoids. So, I tried it tonight for the fissure and the pain is much better and the cooling felt great! I Irritable Bowel Syndrome with diarrhea so, I’m not sure how to help that but for now, pranicura is my go to and I hope I no longer have to miss work because of this pain! I’m doing the 30 day challenge.

Going to try for my 90 yr old pop, has dementia, can't walk so diagnosis is difficult, he screams when he poops, and has had trouble back there in the past, Question, what are the instructions? application? Have a zoom appointment with doc next week , but want as much info as i can get, Confused about application, on 1 hand, says do not insert into anus, rectum etc... but how can that work? if its just on the outside? when pain from fissures comes from within?

This is my 29th day of using Pranicura and I have no pain. This cream helped with the pain and healing process. I also took sitz baths , sat on heating pads and worked on keeping my stools soft which was a hard process. I added foods high in fiber , lots of water. I never took stool softeners. I worked on my diet. I have no pain now with bowel movements and I’m still applying the cream just not as much. Will still be doing the same regimen til I feel it’s all the way healed. Yaaay to Pranicura! #29days

@@faizahassan4106 I went on line . Type in Pranicura Cream and the site will come up , I paid about $50.00 for it but it’s well worth it. It hid the pain for me , helped relax my spasms. I used it so much I should be out of it , but it’s still some left in the jar . You have to be faithful in using it . I would say about 4 weeks for sure. Every time you clean ,every time you have a bowel movement and in between times for sure.

Honestly just getting a colonoscopy corrected the issues I had. I’m not sure why, but it absolutely helped me and gave me a “reset”. Also, Aquaphor is helpful.
I've been using Aquaphor (among other things), but am leery about a colonoscopy with so much going on down there. Was it painful?

Quick question: When I reapply the pranicura, should I gently wash my back end everytime? Or can I put it on again without washing?
For example, if I apply it 3 times a day, will that mean 3 separate washes?

Day 1 of the challenge Dr Chung! I am ready with pranicura, squeezy bottle and a positive attitude! I have used dilt ointment for 5 weeks but no real improvement, I still have some residual pain. Should I stop as per pranicura instructions? If you recommend continuing with dilt then should I apply, wait an hour, wipe clean, then apply pranicura? Pranicura specifically says area should be clean, dry and no other product on area. I’d love your guidance on this to make sure I give it the best chance. Thanks 😊
Oh also-dilt ointment is a soft paraffin base so I’m wondering is that contraindicated for healing (in your opinion) as the pranicura instructions state?

I keep a pump bottle with olive oil in it next to the toilet. A put a couple of pumps of the oil on the TP when I wipe. The oil is soothing and helps clean away all BM.

Also I’ve been taking sitz baths and when I’m at work I sit on a heating pad. Still painful but I can tell it’s helping . I’m professing I’m being healed as we speak . 🙏🏽

I feel it when I got the fissure it basically ruined my life. I had it for 2 months until I decided to quit my job as I couldn’t stand or even walk without feeling lightheaded or dizzy due to the amount of pain . I would follow the steps , sits baths exercise and healthy foods … nothing worked until I got it corrected with surgery it helped … don’t feel panicked and work on meditation

Just ordered Panicure for my chronic fissure. I’m excited after trying other products that did nothing for it. I have had Ulcerative Proctitis for 17 years so not suprised that I developed one.
Starting the 30 day challenge today. I don't know if I did it right I put a pea sized amount on the outside and barely even touched my external hemeroid. It had a cooling feeling and then it stopped 15 minutes later. However overall the flaring stopped so yeah haha

I’m using for chronic fissure and currently at day 37. While the cream have given me some form of relieve it have not cure my fissure. My fissure tear should be small as I’m not feeling the ultra burning or glass cutting sensation many are experiencing however I’m still having pain every now and then. For me the cream did not do much to improve my condition hope it would help the rest who are trying them out.

Yes, both can be used! use the dilt first.
Pranicura is very expensive but it does help .
Update: currently on day 5, the fissure feels better thank goodness but I feel like the hemeroid is flaring more and more even though it's shrinking. Weird but the flaring will pass as it gets smaller I hope.

After day 15 or 16 I felt much better but had to continue to work through it. Here I am a year later and im so much better now, but neber forget that at any moment it can comeback, you must always take csre of yourself. But yes I feel much better

@@ZayneUA-cam it took me a few applications, but I came to like the cooling effect it gave to my fissures. Unfortunately, i only used it for 3 or 4 days before I switched to something previously prescribed by my doctor. Not to say it didn't or wouldn't work, but my doctor told me to use the prescribed stuff. I still keep pranicura around in anticipation of any future hemmorhoid flare-ups.
How does it compare to nitroglycerin 0.2% cream treatment?

Apply coconut oil before you poop..apply it around your hole and inside too.. it gets rid of heat and poop comes out so easy....but when you eat your foods dont drink anything immediately.. drink more water after 30 min from your foods.brekafast,lunch,dinner...drink more water ..then do this all..poop every day on same time.. follow these routine..it will definitely help you

Started using Pranicura today. I have 2 fissures which ive had for 2-3 years. I have had 3 botox my last being 2 months ago where i had a fissurectomy as well. I am also scheduled for another botox as well.
I WILL be updating this regularly so u can see my progress.

Day 2 - Thoughts so far.. This is a good barrier cream. Slight burning sensation that is very mild. Im combing the use of pranicura with 3 walks a day. Much more comfortable than sudocream.
Day 5? - okay nothing but good things to say about it so far. Im using it several times a day. Not suddenly yelping like i was before. Still doing lots of walking. Thank you Lord!
Day 7 - Been a bit of a bad day today. Sphincter muscle is relentlessly tight. Still sticking with Pranicura as ive managed 2 walks today. Early days i guess.
Day 10 - still using it 4 times a day. I do find it difficult to guage how much to use. Ideally i will start seeing more progress in the next 2 weeks. Sticking with it. I just need to relax more on bms!!

I started the Pranicura Challenge 11 days ago for anal fissures, using twice a day. The burning is extreme for me and lasts more than an hour but I have had more intolerable burning below the belt so I am staying the course, if it will help improve my situation. I have been using zinc oxide throughout the day for the last 7 days but have not yet noticed improvement with the burning. I am also doing contactless cleaning in the tub before application and after bowel movements. I use a Q-tip to get a small amount, then I gently apply on dry skin with the flat of my finger while squatting (no inserting). I think my hemorrhoids have flared up since I began using the cream because I often feel swollen and have false alarms. Still, I am hoping for significant improvement soon.
Try using less Pranicura for now.
@bina nocht you are right. I remembered some years ago my beautician used a shampoo on me that was supposed to be soothing but it burned so badly. I asked her the name and it had menthol! Pranicura was very pleasant to work with and refunded my money….After this experience, I had an exam under anesthesia and the general surgeon said everything looked fine. All was well, so I’m still dealing with the pain and burning-going on three years😔
@bina nocht no, I don’t still have pain from the shampoo. My scalp was fine after I washed it out. I meant that I was hoping the Pranicura would provide me relief from my burning, but because of the menthol, it only made me burn worse. The doctor said everything was fine so no anal fissures. So I have no diagnosis and no other options to stop this burning.
Where was your burning? Would showering just with water burn you? Have you had any improvement with the Panicura?
@@amandasalas9154 my burning problem feels internal, just inside my butt. It burns more when I sit, stand, lay down. Water does not make me burn. I had to stop using the Pranicura. Apparently, I’m allergic to the menthol in it. It was a very intense burning when I applied it to my butt lasting a very long time. Washing it off with water provided relief. I gave it to a family member and it numbs them and gives relief from their pain.
