The reason why Twitter folks only cared about the thumbnail is that they are stupidly simple people. They didn't wanted to spend 1h 30min of their spare time to watch the video and instead opted to argue about the thumbnail. And she milked the "transphobia" cow yet again.
I still think Mutahar could've picked something else instead, just like his other videos where he used the subject as it is instead of grotesque drawing. In the eyes of the internet, despite the video showing how terrible she is: Keffals 1 - 0 Mutahar

Keffals is absolutely a bad person. But the reason people react the way they do is because the *one* time he commissions the artist it's to rip on a trans person, drawing her in a way that if anything exaggerates conventionally masculine features, which we already see so much from the far-right anti-trans side who create intentionally ugly carricatures, it's rather exhausting from our perspective.
Any harassment against Muta, the artist or his family is abolutely unwarranted. But he's been warned so many times by trans people to tackle this issue with care because it will stir up transpobes to put us all in one box an reinforce their already deranged views of trans people as a whole caused by one bad apple. The image was a very firm and definite proof to a lot of people that he didn't care as long as he made his buck and could talk about something controversial.
He literally didn't commission him to rip on a trans person it's just his art style and the art he made literally looks like keffals... like dude what do you want me to say? Sorry keffals doesn't look like a woman to you? I can't tell if you guys are just purposely missing the point of the guys art so you have something to complain about or what. This is what he does for everyone, then someone commissioned him for keffals, looked up keefals on Google, and drew her the way he draws everyone. This isn't as deep as you people keep making it seem and it only makes people hate you more.
@@Marchbaby_IsEvil I think you missed my point entierly. I understand that it's the artist's thing, and that's fine, from that aspect their art is dope.
But it's the optics of the whole thing. The one time he uses that particular artist and style is when the person he's covering happens to be trans. That's what makes it feel targeted, especially to a group of people who constantly gets bombarded with unsavory images and charicatures from people wishing us ill.
If Mutahar used this artist on the regular for several of the sketchy people he talks about, it would be a differenty story as that would just be "his thing", but he didn't.
I could be entierly wrong in his intent, but that's how it looks for most people, it's not hard to see how the conclusion can be made?
@@darkfoxa i think it was deserved. if trans people wanna be not hated you can start by not remotely in any way supporting or fence sitting for someone that literally gloats about pushing young boys to take hormones and does questionably pdf file things in their discord server and steals money from people and lies and takes advantage of people to fuel their drug addiction.
@darkfoxa have you ever considered that his art has had a recent rise in popularity, especially in thumbnails? You also do understand that the majority of his artwork is of people keffals associates with like vaush and tipster, so it's not out of the realm to believe he commissioned him because this would fit the target audience... I seriously don't understand why you guys are reaching this hard over someone's art. Is getting this mad really worth it? Keffals is a horrible person why throw yourself out there to essentially defend her when it's simply just someone's art style. Again, these random attacks on mutah and even the artist aren't making people want to support trans people man, you're nitpicking something and making it into something deeper than it needs to be. All he did was commission popular art for his thumbnail, keffals said it was transphobic, and all of you guys decided it was transphobic idk what to tell you other than it isn't and you're making a big deal out of nothing...

For someone who's never heard of the artist, seen their art used anywhere else except this one instance and context, it doesn't look good. And if people see something and think "that's not okay or appropriate" they're entitled to their own opinon.
And condeming Mutahar's choise of thumbnail doesn't not inadvertently mean supporting or defending keffals. That's your assumption, but it's not the fact of the matter. There is such a thing as condemming both sides without siding more with one or the other. Not everything has to be black and white and turn into "Oh you don't support x, so obviously you support y" 🤦♀
Again, harassment of any kind is condemnable, and I rather people on any side behave rational and be the bigger person and make their case without harassing others. But on every side of any opinion on anything in the world, there will be bad actors who takes things too far. That's always been the case, and is not exclusive to trans people, and it shouldn't reflect us as a whole. And if it does one need to take a few steps back and thing about it more critically.
